This company is excellent. I was initially unhappy with the necklace BUT after contacting the seller I received a new one which was perfect. They couldn't have made the process easier. Although unhappy with the original gem stone I do want to say that the setting is very nice and the write up of the stone which you get with a qr code is excellent. Due to very good customer service and the quality of the setting and documentation I will try again.

The black tourmaline necklace is so beautiful. It’s perfect in size it’s not to big and not to small. And it’s comfortable to have around your neck it doesn’t get in the way of anything. I would buy this again.

Not sure how to review this, I belive in God and since God made the planet, God also made these stones so im going to give it a go. Well God may not of cut the crystal into the really cool shape its in and wire it to hang on a string its pretty cool. You will get exactly what you see in the photo the seller has of it. Im wearing it now.

Product was nice and clean

It says return is eligible through January 31 everywhere except for when you go click on this to return it. Then it tells you it’s not returnable. the Quality is zero. The material is only half filled and one-sided. How can you possibly give this to anybody without them feeling insulted? Seller is just out to make a quick buck for the holidays I guess. Thanks for wasting my time and my $15.

This pendant is absolutely stunning. The color is beautiful and the wire wrap shows off the stone well while keeping it secure. I'm very happy with this piece. The pendant comes in a nice bag and a chain was included. In addition to the gorgeous pendant the seller includes a booklet that explains the metaphysical properties of the stone which is very informative. I highly recommend this lepidolite pendant. Update ~ February 2025, I have had this pendant since September (5 months) and the top has already come apart so that I can no longer wear it. It is out of the return window so I could not get this repaired or replaced. I understand that but this pendant should not have come apart so soon. I have other wire wrapped pendants that have lasted years so I am very disappointed. The stone itself is still beautiful but I am very unhappy that the quality wasn't there.

Obviously the colours of labradorite are what everyone loves about it; the stone I received was of such dull quality as to be unrecognizable. Is it labradorite? Is it a cut and polished rock some kid found on the street? Who knows? Certainly not the person who sold this thing.

This could have been wrapped in better metal feels a little cheap. But the stone itself is really nice and would recommend.

I ordered two items at the same time, it took a month before receiving one of them and still waiting for the other one. It's much smaller than expected and seems poorly made. I'm sure it will fall apart sooner than later. I wish I hadn't order it.

Their Customer Service was excellent. They were quick to respond and correct the problem. Even when I messed up, they were still so professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend them and their pendant was lovely too.
