Q: Will this hat fit a child with a head circumference of 22"? His toddler/child yankees hat is getting too small, but I'm not sure which hat to get next

I measured the circumference range of this hat to be roughly 18 3/4" to 23 1/4" based on having a minimum of 1/4" secured Velcro. This hat fits my son who is almost 6 and leaves lots of room left to adjust the hat for growth. My rough measurements: * Minimum circumference with 1/4" Velcro overlap - 18 3/4" * Circumference with maximum Velcro overlap - 21" * Maximum circumference with 1/4" Velcro overlap - 23 1/4"

Q: Will this fit a 1 year old ?

Might be a little big, it fit a 5 year old perfect.

Q: Is this hat black or navy blue

Hard to say... Looks right inbetween navy blue and black! lol
