I love this USB-powered eye mask because it is a constant heat (which can be set to 5 different heat settings and has a timer for different time periods). I generally find a 10-min session when I wake up and another 10-min session before bed has transformed my condition. Before this mask, my life was pretty miserable and I suffered with sore and itchy eyes all day, every day. Now, I hardly know I have blepharitis at all - it has been a complete game-changer for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending this item to a blepharitis sufferer - it is a miserable, chronic condition that can really drag you down if not treated. The mask is also very affordable and has an outer cotton cover that is comfortable and that you can wash easily. If you are a fellow blepharitis sufferer, this mask is for you!

I bought the eye mask "Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Electric USB Eye Compress for Dry Eyes Blepharitis Stye Eye with 3-Level Temperature & Timer Control" in Oct/2024. It worked fine but it also heated my nose bridge area, so made me feel uncomfortable.After I left my feedbacks, I received the above product (Aroma Season Heated Eye Mask, Great for Blepharitis and Dry Eyes Treatment, Relieve Dry Eye Syndrome, MGD and Styes) from the trade as a replacement for the previous eye mask.I have used the new eye mask for nearly two months, it works perfect. The heating area is just allright and the nose bridge area does not heating up:-). And this eye mask has 5 heating levels and 6 timing options. It makes the usage very convenient. It avoids the heating either too high or too low problems.After I tried it for a few weeks, I bought it for my sister and friend as a Christmas gift. My friend and sister all loved it very much. They said it was one of the best Christmas gift they got this year.

Of all the heated eye masks out there, this one's the best for relieving blepharitis and dry eye symptoms. The soft seeds in the mask easily mould to your eye contours so it sits directly on the eyelids and this warms the Meibomian glands and allows them to secrete oil to lubricate the eye. Most of the other ones on the market are too big and cover half your forehead and cheeks, but don’t 100% sit on the eyelids. I also found that microwaveable masks go cold quickly too. The only downside really with this mask is that you can't wash it. After months of wearing it and just wiping the soft suede-like surface, I attempted to hand wash it and this destroyed the seeds inside the mask. I knew I was taking a risk but it really needed deep cleaning. To perfect this product they need to make the outer part removable and washable. Since then I've bought a second one and just put a tissue between the mask and my eyes, and this keeps everything clean and works great. Tip - immediately after use put a drop of Blephasol on a cotton bud and gently clean where your lashes meet the lids, then say goodbye to dry puffy eyelids and chalazions!

I use this most days because it works and service is good.It is a neat product, very functional, with a cover that can be taken off and washed. That is important if you have blepharitis.It is comfortable, has a good range of timings, and heats.I have heard from my optician that just 5 minutes helps, so a shorter 10m option might be a good future product upgrade.But let me also tell you this. I made a mistake and without going into the details they were really kind.

Initially great. Hot and worked well. But after just 9 months the graphene beads become ineffective. The mask ends up with large cold and dead patches. Eventually you have to throw the mask away as there is no way of reactivating the graphene balls.Given it’s only lasts 9 months and given the price I’d say it is poor value for money. Stay clear of this product. Others customers have reported similar issues many times.*FOLLOW UP* Customer Services offered me a full refund on this product even after 9 months. They also mentioned that the latest version of the eye mask is an improved version that provides optimal warmth without over heating. So far so good. Will report back in 12 months time …

Plenty of heat have to turn it down so pleased about that as the optician said to find a way of putting heat on eyes as hot as possible to unblock block ducts. I don't have a microwave so this is perfect. I place a tissue inside between eyes and mask to keep it clean and it works perfectly. The mask itself is very comfortable to wear easy to use and the timer is a great addition. The puffiness below my eyes has gone.

This is the second eye mask I’ve brought as the first one was faulty, no problems sending it back and refund was given quickly.Waited a while before ordering again. First thing I noticed once setting it up was that the soft squishy side I thought would be the side that got warm didn’t, it was the other side, not sure if that’s a design fault or not. Used it a few times now but only for 20 minutes at a time at liked the results, however I Used it the other day for 60 minutes on lowest setting and was left with red marks under my eyes that took ages to go down so definitely won’t be using it again for 60 minutes.
