they work, pretty much.
PRO: Oh, these are sooooooo soft!! The stretchy material they use is awesome!!!!CON #1: Getting it out of the way, these are too expensive. I think $10 less a pair would be appropriate. But, having said that, I had purchased cheaper ones previously that crackled when I walked like I had on a plastic diaper. They went in the trash. Horrible. :(Size was perfect - Beware, though - I decided to purchase a couple more, and found them on sale on the Thinx site. Purchased same product, same size - but they are actually a bit snugger - especially around the leg openings. They will be ok, as I only wear these at home.CON #2: They do absorb little leaks, but, FOR ME PERSONALLY, when I'm out working, I want to have a dry pad against my skin, so change pads when needed (btw, I found Poise better than Tena for absorbing away from the surface!!). And if I have a coughing spell (allergies & asthma), forget it - this underwear will not dry with any amt of liquid, and yes, there will be an odor, although you may be the only one to notice. So, you can't just change underwear, like you can a pad.I do wear them at home (where I can change them if needed), because I get tired of feeling that pad between my legs - it get annoying at times. So, at home, I have some freedom, and peace of mind, with these underwear, because I'm always close to a fresh pair.

Not TSA Friendly
These underwear are very comfortable, I still wear a pad with them if I leave the house just in case. I recently wore them to fly to a vacation destination, I was stopped by TSA after going through the metal detector scan. When I was shown the screen, my entire crotch area was lit up in red. I was then advised that they would need to Pat me down. I whispered to the agent that I was wearing pee proof underwear and had never traveled with them before. They let me go but I did not wear them on my return flight. It was funny for me and my family but it was embarrassing to have people looking at the monitor when my crouch was lit up. I would buy more of these for around the house if they were not so overpriced.

Relief! They work!
I like the fit; a snug 2x, which is the size I normally wear, or a size 10 Jockey panty. Well made using quality fabric. I wore them all day for the first time yesterday. Moisture wicked away. I was looking for an alternative to bulky unsustainable pull ups especially for a long trip I am taking to Europe in a week. They arrived in one day!4-27-23 Update. Still no complaints after wearing 2 of the three pair, and hand washing. I plan to take three pair on a 3 week trip and rotate them, washing a pair every night. I wrap in a towel and place them on a hanger. It takes me 24 hr. To dry. I feel great wearing them and its wonderful to avoid contributing to the landfill. The price tage compared to the throw aways is commensurate.

Works well-good replacement for disposable liners
Had bad reaction to disposables. Decided to try these. Bought 3 pairs as a trial run. Worked great for those “cross your legs” moments (sneezing, coughing, laughing). Purchased a total of 10 pairs, using them for several months now.Pros: no leaks, easy to wash, no odor after washing. Comfortable to wear.Cons: must air dry or run the risk of loosing elasticity. Cost (expensive).I’m washing them on the delicate cycle with regular detergent and using Lysol Laundry Sanitizer instead of fabric softener. I’ll tumble dry for 15 min on delicate cycle, then hang to finish drying process, which takes about 24 hours. I’ve had no problems with odors after washing as some have mentioned here, possibly because I’m using the Lysol Sanitizing Wash in the the final rinse.

Mixed Review
This year I suffered a catastrophe illness that resulted in me being catheterized for 3 1/2 mos. Needless to say part of my recovery includes retraining my bladder and this has made me somewhat of an expert in incontinence supplies. There are both good and bad qualities of these undies. I ordered multiple pair and found that the elastic waistband are great and functional on some pairs and and terrible on other pairs. 2 pairs had a very narrow band of elastic and another pair had an area where some of the stitching was missing leaving about an inch gap on the waistband that was not sewn to the material. On these 3 pair the waistband is not strong enough to keep the undies in place resulting in me constantly having to tug them up to prevent them from falling down. The elastic waistband on the other pairs is much wider and work well.On all pairs the absorbency is good in the padded areas. However, the padded areas do not go up far enough in the back. This can result in some bladder leaks that miss the absorbent pad especially for plus size users.I do want to say that out of all the incontinence underwear products I have tried, these work best. With a little tweaking they could be really great!

Very pleased.
Bought these for my mother. She loves them and they launder well. She likes that they aren't bulky and noticeable. I had a hard time talking her into these but after she tried them, she had me order her a few more! For my mother she bought a medium. She's 5'2 and about 125-130. We didn't return the first one's ordered but the others I ordered her a small and she's very happy. I should mention she doesn't have very big thighs (skinny legs). Hope this info helps
