Very good deodorant. No scent, easy to apply and really works!

I bought this for myself, but the man of the house asked me to get one for him, too. We each have our own favorite scents. It works very well for these two seniors.

It seemed like my deodorant had stopped doing its job, so I was looking for something new that is fragrance-free and doesn't have a lot of chemical ingredients. I read in a national publication about a different zinc deodorant that is fragranced and vwey expensive, but supposedly does the job on stink for up to 7 days. It got great reviews but i thought it was too expensive and I didn't like that it was a goopy roll-on. I searched a bit and found this un-fragranced stick for half the price. I decided to give it a try. Wow, it really works on the stink, is made from natural ingredients, is very long-lasting, and is not too expensive. I live in a hot, humid climate and I no longer worry about how I smell. Highly recommended.

It has a waxy consistency, so I either have to warm it up or scrape off small fragments and apply them by hand, like a deodorant cream. Which I don't mind, as I typically do the same with stick deodorant residue anyway. It doesn't seem to stain or cause skin irritation. Just remember to rub it in thoroughly first. It dries to a lotion-like feel in a few minutes. Not bone dry, but acceptable. It has a light but appealing scent. I'm not fussy about aluminum content, but since I'd prefer not to plug up my pores if possible, this is a suitable aluminum-free substitute. It seems to last about 12 hours with mild perspiration.

I’ve been trying for years to ditch my aluminum-laced Arm & Hammer Unscented Anti-perspirant, but nothing else worked—or it had ingredients like propylene glycol and cornstarch that I’m allergic to. Then I found NOW Foods Solutions Long Lasting Deodorant, and it finally gave me the aluminum-free life I’ve been chasing. Does it leave a little white residue? Sure, but so did my old Arm & Hammer, so no big deal—it’s a trade-off I’m used to. What matters is that this stuff actually works. It keeps me fresh all day without irritation, even when life gets hectic. And knowing I’m no longer putting aluminum or allergy-triggering ingredients on my skin? Total peace of mind. If you’re like me and have been struggling to find a natural deodorant that works and fits your ingredient needs, this is it. A little residue is a small price to pay for finally living aluminum-free and feeling good about it!

Not recommended for anyone with hairy armpits, if you shave your armpits this deodorant works great but if you have any armpit hair the deodorant will clump on the hair and can be very uncomfortable. Smell is nice though and for a natural deodorant it lasts over a day which would get 5 stars but can't recommend for anyone with armpit hair.

For many years, I was so happy with Now Lavender Stick Deodorant. It had a definite fresh lavender scent (not overpowering or perfummy) which lasted all day long, even on the sweatiest days. I ordered recently, though, and it was horrible. Thinking that I received one from a bad batch, I waited a month and ordered again. Same disappointing result so I am looking for a new deodorant. This new formula barely smells like lavender and has a very rough, scratchy texture, with visible bumps. By the end of the day, I detect a very slight unpleasant odor...this never happened to me with the old formula. All good reviews of this product are from years ago, when it was a great deodorant. Zero stars!

I've been using Now Foods Deodorant Lavendar Stick for at least 10 years and I love it so I decided to order this one for my husband but it's pure crap. It's all full of little bumps that I thought would go away after using but they don't. I just ordered the NOW deodorant stick Rose + ylang for myself and just noticed it says Now Solutions instead of Now Foods I sure hope it's not crap too.
