Will this fit a suit 52 inches?

Not sure if you mean a size 52 suit but if so that’s what I wear and I had to slightly bend the arms/shoulders in and when I got to hotel the suit still looked good but I still hung it in bathroom and ran hot water to get steamed up, turned water off and left door closed. After dinner came back and suit looked like it did when I packed it which was flawless.

I would say 2-3 personally. There’s only one set of straps for a single suit, but any more than 2-3 you may risk them getting wrinkled or creased. It also depends on how much you put in the main area too. Hope this helps.

Does this fit Delta carry-on dimensions?

One of the reasons I purchased this bag was because it is supposed to fit carry on dimension standards. Unless Delta has some "special" requirements, it should work fine.
