A bit pricier than some of their competitors, and I keep trying different brands hoping to find one that works well. For me, this one will be what I use from now on. I now sleep nearly all through the night without a need to find the bathroom, although it has taken just about 1 whole bottle to experience the difference. I am now on bottle 2 and will order more soon so that I do not run out.

Like many, I read reviews of several Saw Palmetto supplements on the market. The reviews for this one were pretty accurate. Had a physical and my prostate #s were high, whatever that means. Before going the specialist route, tried this supplement for 45 days. Took 2 a day, and my #s were reduced by more than half, and are now well within accepted range. I can't speak to the hair loss benefit since I have so little left it doesn't matter! :-)

I purchased this product for PCOS-related hair loss. I've taken it for nearly a month and haven't seen much benefit in that arena yet; however, I have been a longtime sufferer of overactive bladder. I was getting up two to three times each night to use the bathroom. Almost immediately after taking this product, I started sleeping through the night. I no longer feel the urge to run to the bathroom all day long either. As far as dosage goes, I started with taking one pill in the morning and one at night, and slowly worked up to two pills twice a day. I don't know how well this would work for users with a prostate (I don't have one), but I'm quite happy with the unexpected results I've had so far. I will continue to use this product.

Within less than four days of taking this supplement I'm already experiencing the benefits of what this herb can do for me. I originally purchased this supplement to cut down on my urgency to urinate, (kind of embarrassing) but now I'm experiencing something I wasn't expecting, I don't have those hunger pangs associated with breakfast or dinner. I have a regimen of cycling anywhere from 20 to 30 miles 3 to 4 times a week, I weight train and do an occasional run of 2 to 3 miles 2 times a week. With all that exercise you would think I would want to eat more to make up for the calories I'm burning, but this doesn't seem to be the case. I just don't have the urge to eat! This is resulting in lower portions of when I do eat and I'm looking forward to eventually dropping some weight. As far my urgency to urinate, I have noticed a slight decrease in the sudden urgency to run to the bathroom everytime I turn around, and yes I hydrate on a regular basis, so something must be working right...it's gotta be the Saw Palmetto! I'm 62 and looking forward to enjoying the benefits of this wonder pill for years to come. We're all wired differently and some individuals might not experience the benefits I'm experiencing right now, but with the high cost of getting in to see a doctor so he can prescribe a drug to get me to stop peeing so much, this is a great alternative! So stay healthy, get off your butts, get out there and exercise and give this stuff a try...I'm happy with the results!

Update: when I purchased this it was part of a "buy this and get 2 free bottles of your choice" deal. So I bought it, used it, liked it, reviewed it, and chose 2 others to try (I already pay for several NutraChamps supplements monthly, so I give them a lot of business). However, NutraChamps kept sending me emails asking me to choose my 2 free bottles, after I had received them already. I ignored them, but since they kept on asking me right up through yesterday, I finally replied with 2 new choices. Today they replied, basically hey we already sent you your bottles. DUH that's why I ignored all those emails, but they were the ones who kept after me about it. I was only responding to their pestering. Bottom line, they make great products but evidently can't keep this info straight. Taking off 2 stars because they seem kind of dense and annoying now. ***ORIGINAL REVIEW*** As a man getting closer to 40, I'm glad to be on a saw palmetto supplement that seems to be of high quality. This is like the 4th NutraChamps product I've gotten on, so I'm clearly happy with them so far.

Its a supplement that you wonder whether it's having an affect or not. It's not something you can easily measure. I simply started taking it due to my age (50+), hoping it keeps my Prostate healthy, I've had no symptoms to measure by (i.e. a prostate issue like trouble going to the bathroom due to prostate). My father had prostate cancer in his 80s. If I even live that long (no matter the circumstances), it'll be a positive thing, all things remaining the same, and I'm hoping taking this supplement will eliminate any potential future prostate issues. I take two pills a day per the recommendation on the bottle, so taking the recommended dose per day has a bottle lasting 2 months.

I'm 37 and lost a lot of hair after my 2nd child and some terrible relationship stress. Started taking this a month ago in combination with extra biotin, lots of collagen, more sleep, and leaving my 310 lb man-child. I read quite a bit about hair loss and there is a lot of research supporting saw palmetto as an effective aid for regrowth. My hair is growing back! The capsule does have gelatin, hence the 4 stars. BUT it doesn't have magnesium stearate at least!!

This is the second bottle I bought. It’s for urinary and prostate health. Seems that the urniary problem have improved a bit.

Don't wait till you really need this. The product has a bunch of supporting herbal ingredients to enhance the availability of saw. If it included lycopene for a bit more money, it would be even more rounded product with even better eficacy. Either way, I'm happy with the product

J'ai pris ce produit histoire d'essayer autre chose après quelques années d'utilisations d'un autre produit. Étant donné les bon commentaires pour ce produit, je me suis dit pourquoi pas l'essayer. Après quelques semaines j'ai senti une certaine régression. Je suis retourner à mon ancienne marque et après 2,3 semaine je suis revenu au normal.
