Do they run small or big ? I’m a 6.5 what size is best to get ?

They run pretty true to size, but I would go with a size 7, so you have room to put it insole in it for added comfort

Nope! Very easy to walk in. You just have to get used to being taller. I’d recommend walking around your home for a few before hitting the pavement lol.
