Great books for daily assessments and guidance
I really like 180 days books as a tool to assess concepts and terms a child needs to practice and master. For example, if a child gets a question wrong when it is asking for a synonym of a word, I will ask if they knows what the text was asking and if they just guessed and then I know the child needs practice on the concept of synonyms and antonyms. The same goes for math concepts. These books are quick, fun, and painless for a child and lead to more practice that can be done with free online games or reading reference books.

Love this book
Bought this to make copies (packets) for distance learning when/if we have to quarantine as a class or for snow days. Loving that it is easy for the kids to complete on their own. Reviewing skills we have already learned.

180 days of math for 5th
This book provides 5th students with 180 daily practice activities. Each page builds and assesses student's fluency in math especially since 5th is the foundation that a child needs for math understanding in future middle school math.. Each Students gains skills through the practice and allows the teacher to quickly, diagnose students weakness and begin intervention.Kid then graph own learning and look forward to improving on skills. Great visual for both parents and kids.

1-page per day
My 5th grader, who needs extra Math practice, enjoys these books because it ‘doesn’t feel like extra work’ she’s doing. It’s a page a day!

Not a rigorous review at any level
All the 180 days of math review are scoped very, very easily. If you are expecting a good, grade appropriate review of math for 5th (or 4th or 3rd) you will be sadly disappointed. If you are working with an older student who needs lots of review of remedial skills, this will provide that. However constant addition and subtraction problems (albeit there is the one or two grade level problem) is overkill for most students who need to devote much more time to grade appropriate math needs.
