I just Love this book! Ann O'Brien is right on target with masculine and feminine balance Inside and Out. I first read it quickly & easily. On my second read, I will do the exercises. I found deep and profound insights presented in a light hearted way. Putting these insights into action in my relationship with my partner has already made us both Happier and Lighter. I know it will be helpful to refer back to as well, as we move forward into the future. I love the balanced approach. The masculine and the feminine really need each other and really Do work well together. Enjoy this book!

Very helpful, this book has helped me understand myself, but yet men in there nature. It’s amazing how the “dance” of masculine and feminine play there separate puts, and ultimately reunite as one whole. Life is a amazing blessing. I’m now fully awake, and not blinded in my relationships. This book is a must, it inspires you to change, into your true self.

Although it’s written for women, I found the book is an eye-opener and useful for men too. It’s certainly refreshing to hear a woman talk about getting beyond the more strident feminist views and seeking balance for successful relationships.
