All right let me start off by saying GM chose these shocks for all their high performance and most of their special edition vehicles there’s a reason for that they’re damn good shocks and the last four times longer than most so if you want to save $25 and put on some other brand just remember you’re gonna be sorry I found no other brand that performs as well as these and makes you feel more secure on the road than any other shock brand I’ve owned.

These are the same shocks that came stock on my 99 zr2 truck and made it ride like new again. Originals had 182,000 miles on them and were worn out.

these are really good shocks. they're a little pricey but good quality. i believe the shocks were original equipment to the zr2. install was super easy and quick. helpful tip, prior to install, do not remove the retaining strap that comes on the shock. now the search begins for the front shocks, without breaking the bank.
