Comparison between similar outer sleeves on Amazon
I ordered these sleeves along with there others for comparison. I'm not fanatical but want a quality product to protect and present nicely my records. Here are my observations:- Big Fudge: Nice clear sleeve, feels like 3mil, seams seem durable (I try to pull apart with reasonable strength w/out any splitting), size was good for single LP and double gatefold. This outer sleeve was slightly (approx. 1/8") taller than the standard LP cover (which is good for those used to thumbing through the collection). Made in China. Price for me was .36 cents each in a 50 pack at $17.97.- Vinyl Fever: Nice clear sleeve, feels like 3mil, seams seem durable (I try to pull apart with reasonable strength w/out any splitting), size was good for single LP and double gatefold. This one was absolutely square, with seemingly no extra length on the top (good for presentation or those who simply slide their records into a shelf rather than thumb from above). Made in China. Great price at .25 cents each for a 75 pack/$18.99.- Vinyl Styl: Not crystal clear, thinner than the other sleeves, large enough for a double gatefold, with about 1/4" taller than standard cover size. Will use for my lesser-valued used records. Amazon sent them in box (good) but tall enough box for them to fold in shipping; no issue since there is no crease in the sleeves. Price is great but only a slighty less than Vinyl Fever outer sleeves at .23 cents each (pack of 50/$11.50).- Vinyl Storage Solutions (Canadian company for comparison, sold on their own site): Nice clear sleeve, feels like 3mil, seams seem durable (I try to pull apart with reasonable strength w/out any splitting), size was good for single LP and double gatefold. Quality looks identical to both brands above. Has some extra height (approx. 1/16") over the record cover, so between Big Fudge and Vinyl Fever sleeves. Made in USA. I had to order 4 packs of 50 each to get free shipping to Texas, but works out to .34 each.Overall, so far I am pleased with all the clear outer sleeves. Will reorder the Vinyl Fever outer sleeves, since they are a quality product and excellent value. Of course there are lot differences in manufacturing, so I understand others in the past have received inferior sleeves. Amazon should replace or refund these buyers, which in my experience has been superior in doing so. I have no qualms with recommending any of these sleeves.

Nice outer sleeves!!
So far so good. Not sure about reviews of some being smaller but I'm only maybe 30 into the pack.I will say with newer 180g double albums can be tough to fit in. But I don't do it in the traditional way you would think. In order to save the covers from wear taking the album's in and out, I put the empty album cover into these sleeves, then I put the records themselves into their own inner sleeves (currently using mofi inner sleeves) and put them in these outer sleeves but behind the cover. This way I can remove the records in their inner sleeves without having to remove the album cover which can be tough to get inside and prefer to only do once.So far these work great and they are nice and thick but still transparent. Price for 125 is great too.I'm by no means an expert, but this is what works for me. And these work for me.P.S. I think people saying some are too small is with thicker covers it can seem like they are too small, but with patience they go in, which is also why I store them like I do. Getting them in once is enough for me lol.Keep on spinning that record!!Edit: Sept 2024. None have failed and still buy and use these!!

Better than my last purchase
The media could not be loaded. I first purchased the Big Fudge 50 CT sleeves to protect my collection. Upon first open of the big fudge I fell in love with them. I told myself that I would never ever buy another brand and it would be my only. Well… about that. I have been buying like crazy for my collection and noticed I ran out of the clear outer sleeves. I hopped on Amazon and Big Fudge said that the 100CT wouldn’t deliver until March 19th to my address even with Prime. Any other time I would’ve waited patiently but knowing that I had a shipment of 30 12” LPs delivering the next day I needed a resolution ASAP so I could protect my new items. I stumbled upon these because of the unit/dollar of them. After reading a lengthy review posted about these that compared them to the Fudge I took a chance and ordered them. They delivered next day and it was a bang for your buck purchase. Worst case scenario I could order the fudge and wait and use these till they get here. Well, the fudge is OUT! These fit much better on my Gatefold 12” covers. They’re a snug fit but not suffocating tight. Because they don’t have as much “room” in them they appear more clear than the fudge as well. In my side by side the fudge is to the left and the Vinyl Fever are to the right. If you notice, my Big Fudge protected album has a piece of tape on it. That is because if you don’t hold on tight they slide right out of the sleeve. These eliminate that problem as seen by the video. If you’re the collector who stores their vinyls outside of the Graphic Sleeve these would probably be too tight to do that but for me, who places Vinyls back inside with anti static rice sleeves this works! The choice is yours ultimately but this product should get strong consideration if any of the points above hit a soft spot for you!

Quality vinyl covers
These vinyl sleeves are made with a good mill of plastic and are very durable and do not tear. I prefer them because thy fit very well around the vinyl and are not loose. Some other brands of album sleeves are oversized and tend to slip. They can fit on a double album with no problem, but if it a 4 vinyl album they will not fit. I've bought this product several times.
