Have not used mine but bought this as I have seen one in action which was fantastic.

Send faulty product, I had to return at my own cost and still no refund as seller Leisure Lakes Bikes can find it. Has been a month. Don’t buy if don’t want to loose money!

Bon j'étais sceptique mais il fonctionne très très bien. Je me fais dévorer par les moustiques dans mon jardin habituellement, et en installant le thermacell 15min apres l'avoir posé sur la terrasse je n'ai pas eu une seule piqûre. Enfin quelque chose d'efficace! C'est vrai que les recharges s'épuisent assez vite et qu'il est cher, mais il fonctionne très bien donc ça vaut le coup.

It’s very expensive; and it’s not all. I paid for the shipment and it wasn’t a fast delivery. Then based on package I realized the supply is only for 12h. I requested a refund, which was approved by amazon! But the seller sent me a message that “because the package has been delivered to your address, refund is not possible”. Never expected being screwed like this when purchasing smth through amazon. A big scam!

The little light that is suppose to ignite does not ignite. Also I have to pay postage to return it.

Questo prodotto l’ho visto per la prima volta in giugno a casa di amici, scettico pensavo non funzionasse ma ne sono rimasto sbalordito, funziona benissimo e protegge le persone in un area di 20 mq vedevo le zanzare cadere anche sul tavolo inizialmente e poi più niente potevamo stare fuori con luci accese e nessuna puntura, lo consiglio al 1000x1000 grande prodotto ne vale proprio la pena 👍👍👍👍
