It didn’t fit at first but I also think it’s because I didn’t stretch it at first. Kinda hard to put on but trust me when I say it gets you so snatched. The material is good and not cheap! No back rolls showing or front rolls. Definitely get it while you can.

Absolutely love this waist trainer! It's the most comfortable one I've ever worn! It doesn't fold down or up. You can wear it for multiple hours at a time and even sleep in it without any issues. I was afraid it wouldn't do a good job because of the soft material but it definitely works! I saw some reviews that stated they got their normal size and some stated they sized up. I sized up but wish I would've purchased my normal size for a more snug fit. I'm 5'3 224 pounds and carry my weight in my stomach. I'm normally a XL in shirt and I purchased a 2x. I wear it on the 3rd hook (the tightest). Which is why I'll be ordering a smaller one because you should start on 1st hook and work way to 3rd one. I would definitely purchase again!

i went off the sizing of what i normally would wear, but the size chart is different from the clothing i trpically get, and usually i get stuff that's large enough thats not restricting.i didn't measure ymself i just went off of what i had in my closet, and this item was like to amny sizes down from my clothing. so i couldn't wear it, because im so remote in the coutnry i am also nable to goto the ups store to return it because i don't have a car and the ups return place is 8 miles out of town, and im not giving amazon 8$ to send ups out here to pick up the item and not get a full refund.that being said it's neoprene which is a nonforgiving fabric with absolutely 0 on flexibility or give.i was unable to use it,and all of that being said, it is a high quality piece, i would but from them again if i could afford to.i jsut cannot afford to keep ordering from amazon, i've already blown my budget for the month trng to get items that fit or as are described.

Very good quality. I wear it everyday. Does not roll. I wear it to work out as well.

Be sure to read the reviews before you order. One of the size charts says I should have ordered a 3XL for a 39" waist. I read the reviews and came across another person that said her waist was also 39" and she ordered a large and it worked for her. I know we all carry weight different but this was enough for me to decide to order a L and not a 3XL and I'm glad I did but I really could have been fine with a Medium. My first time putting it on I was able to easily hook it in the tightest hook. I decided to keep it because I'm concerned that the Medium might be too tight. So while it does not snatch my waist in at all, it does make me sweat and help with my posture. I've worn it for 2 days and today I measured 38". I do plan to order the medium in hopes of having more of a snatched feel. The other issue I have is the length of the trainer. It seems unusually long (top to bottom). I'm sure this is why there are so many complaints of it rolling at the bottom or poking into them in an uncomfortable manner. If you are short waisted, like myself maybe consider a different style.

I have been consistently using this waist trainer and have only used it about 8 times. It doesn’t fit me tight nor does it fit me loose. I would say it’s perfect for giving me that support to better shape my waist. HOWEVER, I would expect more from a product like this. Never did I imagine that it would start to fall apart the seams. At first glance it looked well built. It’s a little over a month and the return window has passed. What am I gonna do with a torn waist trainer??

Bought an XL and now down to a L! This thing works and it’s comfortable and fits well and I love that it has 3 different closures!

I ordered a large & it fits perfect. First time using this is definitely not a waste of money! I highly recommend.
