I had heard that this product could help with class 2 diabetics (non-insulin injections). I have had problems with keeping weight off for years, and it was only getting more challenging. I know that I was also having issues with inflammation in my hands making them sore and swollen on most days. Also being tired and depressed was always looming over my head. I have not even been taking them for a month yet and already my hands are feeling so much better. I seem also to have more energy and be less forgetful about things. Depression comes and goes still but I do feel like I have a better outlook on what is to come instead of always thinking about things that I have no control over. The recommended dosage is 2 capsules per day but I was listening to someone on a podcast about taking this type of product and they said to go slow and increase over time. So I am currently only taking 1 capsule every day and seeing some progress in my situation. I did compare this brand to others but I find the Benfotiamine was the selling aspect of this one as well as being water and fat-soluble. The price also doesn't break the bank when it comes to breaking down the costs. I would highly recommend this product to others but always do your own research and make sure it is what you need.

I was told from a military vet who served in Vietnam, that they took high doses of B1 as a natural mosquito repellent. I didn't believe it until I tried it for myself. Ok typically take 2 capsules at night and provides adequate protection during the day. Normally, I'm a mosquito magnet.....with the B1 supplement, last summer I definitely got fewer mosquitos bite than usual. Very effective. Easy to swallow medium sized capsules. No smell. There are other benefits to B1....but mosquitos is the reason I take this supplement.

This is a game changer. I went from about 5 nights a month not being able to sleep because I had the horrible urge to urinate. I mean I would make 11 or so trips to the restroom to have a drop or nothing come out. Doctor diagnosed me with overractive bladder. Put me on two different meds one after the other and both caused blurred vision so I stopped taking them. I searched Youtube and there was someone that said Overractive Bladder is a Vitamin B1 Thiamine deficiency a lot of times. So I gave it a shot. I still have an intense urge when my bladder actually fills up, but overall this has helped me sleep at night with maybe one trip to the bathroom throughout the night like I used to before starting to have overactive bladder issues. I take two of these a day and it has convinced me that vitamins are worth the money considering how they can improve health. I'm not a doctor, just someone with overactive bladder. Consult your doctor before taking anything new.

This is my fourth purchase of this brand of this item. I already take stabilised Alpha Lipoic Acid for my neuropathy due to having frost bite twice… 30 years apart! That really helped me so much. Greatly increased my quality of life. That is also this brand. I read up about this and thought it couldn’t hurt. It has really helped me tremendously. I’m also feeling quite a bit of relief from other nerve pain caused by chemo. I’m so happy I followed up on something I had heard on a podcast and made sure it wouldn’t interfere with my other meds. Have not had any issues with this at all!
