Edit, January 2026: these iron pills really do work. My ferritin is now too high after taking these. I had iron deficiency resistant to supplements before this. I’ve taken them for months and still no digestive upset to report. Amazing product. I've tried other brands and this is the only one that fixed my longstanding iron deficiency within one bottle. They did give me digestive upset when taking one per day, so I switched to two every other day and I have no side effects whatsoever, and as a plus, iron is proven to be better absorbed this way. These feel like miracle pills for me and I'll stay on them as long as I need them.

This product has to many fillers. It also has Maltodextrin that can have a negative impact on the gut.

This product works amazing having ladies issues concerned my iron levels would get low, after taking tablets for a while iron levels back to normal. Excellent and my stomach able to tolerate much better than the doctors one. Thank you for making such a good healthy tablet.

I waited to write a review until I had my iron tested after being on the pills for three months. EXCELLENT RESULTS! For years my ferritin count was always near borderline or slightly below the reference range. I had tried other things but this is the first time I can remember ever having an acceptable ferritin count! It more than doubled from three months ago! I'm not sure if they are related, but my creatinine and Estimated GFR have also been out of the reference range for years, and this time they both were in the correct range. I've just ordered more of these "miracle pills."
