I want to start off with that fact that customer service we had encountered was very supportive and responsive, which was very appreciative. After various shipping increase and dilemmas, we were able to assemble (not without assembly challenges) the two chairs that we had ordered. Unfortunately, now after using the chairs for a couple of months, I have had various clients complaint about the comfort back support and sturdiness of the chairs. It’s been quite a challenge and transition to wrap my head around the money spend to replace the previous chairs for these new ones while I hear my clients complaining about the discomfort and lack of quality of these chairs. I really wish I could return them or replace for new products.

The bowl moves too much and does not stay in place it makes it horrible to use! I am constantly trying to hold it as I shampoo which is very inconvenient for.me.and my clients. They get wet because the bowl keep falling back! Horrible purchase!

Takes a little bit to assemble but it’s a nice chair/sink bowl overall. I like how the shampoo bowl moves and it’s ceramic so it’s not cheap like the plastic ones.

UPDATE- it’s been 8 months and the faucet twists and turns, I was not able to use the original water sprayer because it was too tiny/cheap looking so I’ve been using a small shower head instead. I love the tilt but I’m not sure how long it will last as the bowl sometimes leans back /won’t stay upright all the time. The footrest DOES NOT work properly even after following seller directions (I hired a professional too). I had this assembled by a man that builds tiny houses because I was not able to do it alone. It comes in 2 large boxes and the seller helped us to figure out how to get the footrest to stay up when asked (via email). I have a full service hair studio and I needed a bit more pressure and did not use the included water hose. I got one from Lowes (shower head) and am using that. Also we have the water line coming in but have water going into a tank that I empty. Clients say the bowl (yes! Ceramic...so yes it’s heavy) and chair feel comfortable. I’ll update this if there’s a need but it’s been almost a month and things are good with it.

Like it a lot just wish the adjusting bowel was a little tighter.

i have had these since january. one chair is good. other chair has been terrible. faucet hose has busted, drain hose keeps coming off. inside pressure valve is completely rusted out.
