I love this thing...
This lives up to the the manufactures claims.I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max I have charged it at least 10 times. It takes about 3 hours. I tried using the Apple 20Watt charger and it takes a little over 1 1/2 hours. It takes 2 hours with the charger plugged in to the wall. I wonder if anyone else has seen this kind of result. Undoubtedly using the charger is going to use more battery power.I bought this mainly because I live in Texas. We had a little power problem back in February. I think Texans are buying a lot of this sort of thing. This is really nice for me because I work at home and it allows to charge my phone and carry it around at the same time. Not literately, but you can easily move from room to room. It is pretty light so I suppose you could, I just haven't (yet).I had to charge a lantern the other day (also for winter prep) that does not have a progress indicator. This has a nice function, it shuts itself off when what ever is plugged into it is finished charging. You still need to turn off the main switch, but it's cool that it conserves battery power. While shopping for this, I found myself going down a "rabbit hole" looking at similar but much more expensive items. Granted they had a much greater capacity, but at some point I think you should just consider getting a generator (gas op). For me this seems like a price effective option to go a few days without power. Still might get a generator though.

Initial impressions
Have only had this about a week so far. It's gone on exactly one weekend camping excursion with me and has this far lived up to it's expectations. The device itself is fairly small (I tucked it into my hiking pack along with clothes, toiletries and a boom or two with relative ease). We used it to charge a lantern and some phones while out in addition to inflating two air mattresses (once twice as it had a small leak) by the time we had gotten home the battery looked as if it were around 75%.The handle at first seemed a little unsightly, but turns out to have a great purpose in allowing for greater ease of use and functionality. The couple things holding this back from being five star at this time are the battery icon located in the UI on screen. It is a rather tiny icon which uses four small rectangles to denote the remaining percentage of battery. Unfortunately this allows for a 25% swing in either direction of possible remaining charge, since 2 rectangles could mean you have anywhere from 37.6 to 62.4% of battery remaining. Too large a variant for me to be able to rely on this thing to save me when I'm in the middle of nowhere. The other star is a challenge to describe. There are 3 usb ports on the front if this device two 2.0 and one 3.0. the 3.0 out of the box had a small piece of the plastic lining inside the usb port damaged and hanging down in front of the 3.0 entry port. The first attempt to fix/relocate this dangling piece out of the way to allow for a proper connection, resulted in the small piece of plastic snapping off. It isn't terribly visible or a distraction, but there is now an uneven ledge around the usb 3.0 port where half of the housing had been broken and snapped off.So long as the battery is able to hold a charge under normal usage conditions, I will be pleased :)

Did not hold a charge. Arrived with a cracked screen.
This item seemed to have good reviews so we rolled the dice. It arrived with a cracked display screen and did not hold a charge. My son couldn't charge his laptop from it when it said it was full. So now I am on round three of trying to receive a refund for this item. My first request they re-shipped another unit vs. refunding. Two problems with this: 1.) We had already purchased something else and 2.) we were traveling and had this shipped to an address out of state (and we were gone when the second unit arrived at a family members' home.) So then I requested a refund and instructions on how to mail back the second unit. No response. Then I contacted Amazon to explain the issue. No response. I am now requesting ANOTHER refund and we will see what happens. Maybe the first unit was defective and the second worked great. I don't know.

Lots of ports, and big capacity
I like this charger because it seems to be very well built with a strong case and carrying handle, feels robust. It has plenty of ports. multiple USB, USB-C, and even a 3 prong outlet. I'm able to charge my phone, laptop, headphones, speakers, or anything else basically. moreover it supports both AC/DC charging, and the AC output is powerful enough to charge a mac-book. Its also very simple to use as it has separate buttons for AC/DC. I find myself just using this instead of plugging my devices directly into the wall because i can just plug multiple devices in it without needing a bunch of cables or having to bend over and swapping bricks on the wall. I've had it for about 3 months now and it has been holding charge well, and as with any electronic device with a battery, if I notice that it starts dying too early, I will make sure to update my review. lastly, it did also come with a cigarette charger cable for the car, but I have not needed to use that yet, although if i needed to, i would imagine it would work fine and would be very convenient to have in the car for a camping or a road trip. Its just nice to know that with a big battery bank like this, you can use your laptop or tablet for extended period of time without worrying as well as in summer time where everyone is using the A/C and we sometimes get quick power outages. There is one thing I would have like to see them improve though, and that is the flash light on the device. I feel that it could be a bit brighter.

Nice but limited
I got this item and the light on the front OK, but not super bright like some other options out there. There was no auto dimming feature to the light, so that stinks. The switch on the back tells you when the device is on/off which is nice. Butttt... I tried plugging in my Dell laptop that charges on USB-C and it didn't seem to work. I think my laptop needs some sort of special usb-c charging port. So be sure to try all your electronics to make sure it works with them. This is a light item and easy to carry. All the plugs in the front are great.

Not reliable
Not a great product, first week I had it, I fully charged it and we had a power outage, it lasted less than 3 hours with a single bulb light and a small fan... Days later I attempted to use it for a small camper heater fan and it would not power it, after 8 hours plugged in my phone was only at 80%, under no circumstances would I recommend this product

Decent for the price.
Pro1. It was really cheap when I bought it. I got it at 120 CAD. Price went right up after I purchased though.2. I was skeptical that it actually had 222Wh. It does seem to have around 200Wh from my own testing.Con1. Really weak DC intake. Charges at 30 watt from AC plug. Takes many hours to fully charge.2. The LED light on its back is really weak. I know it's got two levels. Both are weak.3. The LCD info panel is lacking. Would have liked wattage info on AC as well as DC input power. However, for the price, it is good enough. I mean it's got around 200Wh. Can't really beat the price on that alone.

Ready for adventure with this power station
Recently purchased this power station since we are going off-road for 3 days and we want to be able to have enough battery to power our cell phones for 3 days. My wife and I are really amazed by the overall quality. I have to say that I rarely buy products from third parties that are not shipped by Amazon.ca but after checking the brand's sites and also seeing the quick answer on amazon.ca by the seller I was reassured. The product arrives super fast. The packaging is so beautiful that I want to keep it, very rare !!!The battery power station looks and is super high-end, material-wise it is beautifully done in terms of texture and grip to carry. The battery was pre-charged so we started using it to charge our 2 phones and tablets for 3 days as a test run like if we were in the woods. After 3 days of stimulation, I think we are ready to go off-road since the battery is still over 60-70%.This model is compatible with CAR charging, the smaller/cheaper one is not from what the manufacturer is saying so it is worth the extra dollars in my opinion.I see that there is a solar option but maybe we will add this extra feature later this summer.I shall update after our summer trip. Only time will really tell about the battery itself but I'm convinced that it will last our requirements for a few years.

Lovely power station for travel
I have been using this power station for a month, i would say I love it compares to my other power stations.First of all this is very easy to use, all the plugs are on the front. The 2 usb C plugs and DC plug are really useful for me cause i dont need to grab another converter compare to my other power stationsAlso, it’s always my first pick when i go travel or a trip i would just grab it and put in my car because of its weight. it’s just about 4 pounds.Another fact that i like is how quiet it is while charging. I have other power stations that are very noisy while charging because of the fan. Rocksolar does a really great job on this. For the capacity I tried to charge my MacBook, my 2 phones and my ipad at the same time and the charging speed is good enough. The number of charging times is totally good enough for traveling or going for a trip. Except MacBook it actually consumes a lot more battery than phones and other devices just keep in mind.It also comes with a car charger in case if you travel around for a long trip and charge it on the road.To sum up, it’s a very good portable power station for daily usage or travel around because of it’s functions and the weight.

Excellent Customer Service
There's a problem with the unit we received - the USB-C ports don't work. All of the other charging ports do. The company responded *immediately* last night and this morning advised that they would give a partial refund, which was satisfactory to me. The other 5 ports work fine. We just received the unit yesterday and so we need to play with the unit to see how many charges we get. When I first received it I plugged it in at home to charge it fully. That took about 2hrs. I charged my phone (I plugged my house wall plug into the unit and it worked fine) and there was no movement in the power level on the unit. So far so good! I will update this review in a couple months. UPDATE - We've had the unit for a while now. It lasts us about a week charging 2 phones daily and tablets 3 times total. The unit, shut off and left alone, takes about 8hrs to charge with the wall charger. Remember you need to turn on the power switch at the back then push the battery button on the front left below the display for charging to happen. The biggest plus for us - we never have to get a campsite with electricity again!
