I love this millet pasta. The texture and taste are very close to real pasta. And it doesn’t have a bunch of weird ingredients like a lot if gluten free pastas. Millet is an agent grain so you’re getting a healthy pasta too.

Taste wise, I think it's even better than brown rice pasta. Texture is really great. Flavor is like the corn part, of a corn tamale, but more subtle. I'm actually really impressed. I'm sensitive to high oxalate foods. For example eating sweet potatoes makes me feel like I got hit by a truck, tons of fatigue... and a lot of low lectin foods, are high in oxalates. I think millet is slightly lower. This is an awesome option, I'm thankful it exists.

Because I eat a lectin free diet I am always looking for pasta alternatives. This product does not disappoint. Stinks that it is made in China and I was not too crazy about the cooking directions. Would have preferred specific directions. But I figured it out and it is tasty and is a great alternative to regular pasta.

I bought these as I am following a lectin-free lifestyle so I wasn't expecting much as far as taste goes and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! The taste is good and so is the texture. Just go by the time on the box so that you do not overcook them. The only Con is the price is high.

Absolutely delicious millet pasta- highly recommend. It has a delicious flavor. I’m able to eat it plain with just salt.

This was a great tasting and good mouth-feel product. Once it starts to boil turn it down to a slow simmer/boil and don’t over cook it. Rinse immediately at the Eve if the cooking time. It holds up great and tastes good too! I was very pleasantly surprised and pleased.

Alternative ramen type noodle-healthy for the gut and good "skinny" bacteria.

I would like more information. The product is not gluten-free certified and is a product of China. However, it does taste good for millet.
