We had a few issues after installation with small bubbles forming on the taps themselves, I contacted the company and they were extremely communicative and prompt. They sent a replacement part to solve the issue and followed up multiple times to ensure we were satisfied. Great sleek looking unit, suits our bathroom perfectly.

Remodeled the shower in our camper and opted for this shower head. I couldn’t be happier with it. It’s absolutely beautiful. It doesn’t retain hard water spots and it’s easy to clean. The quality is excellent and I love the fact that it is adjustable. Water pressure is great

It’s very pretty but will it stand the time. Not as heavy metal as I thought it would be, but not bad. It does leave lots of water spots so I have to wipe it down after every shower. It’s a very gentle unit. Not extremely strong water. It was my choice mainly on the price. It was the design I was looking for. The same design is much more expensive with more well known manufacturers. My only concerns are how long will it look this good.

MAY 2025 UPDATED REVIEW: After exchanging emails with the manufacturer they were incredibly helpful in helping assess what was wrong and expedited a replacement trim kit (all components included) free of charge and without any shipping fees. Not only were they incredibly wonderful to work with, but I was very appreciative that they really stood behind their product and we’re willing to send a replacement without any costs on us. As mentioned before, this shower, trim kit truly is beautiful and I searched and searched when I was originally looking for a replacement and there is really nothing like it on the market. I believe that I just got a lemon. Would recommend purchasing. APRIL 2025 It’s gorgeous and it fit the bill for what I was looking for in terms of antique looking and aesthetic and the shade of brass however, I installed it in July 2024 and it is now April 2025 and I’ve already had to swap out The valve which required demoing tile and now underneath the valve is leaking and I can’t get in touch with anyone from customer service. Unless a replacement is sent out immediately and it’s guaranteed to be leak proof, I will continue to get this one star because this isn’t awful problem to have. I’ve had tile trades, plumbers and handymen out all week trying to figure all this out. .

Although this is an unusual design for today's shower fixtures, I got it just because of it and its usefulness. I understand that his design is often used for showers that are into a tub. The quality is impeccable. If you don't mind that it looks different than the modern stuff (designs) that are available these days, you will be surprised about the excellent water distribution (and pressure in my case) in shower head and handheld. A benefiit of the pipe running on the outside may be that you can adjust the height of the shower head and also lightly hold on to the vertical main tubing - if needed. The handheld shower is also excellent, light and very useful. A slight turn on the re-direct valve and you can direct the water into it - or both at the same time. Also the height is adjustable. One thing that you may have to get used to: The valves have opposite turning direction, then they are usually on sink faucet valves. Since they are regular wheel-type handles, one may be used to turning both the same way (to the right when closing). Shutting off the cold water to the left is odd, in this configuration - at least for me. There are no pressure restrictors - which spares me the job to remove them.

Got this shower kit in November 2020 for a new shower installation; completed 1st week of February 2021. I'm writing this now, April 2023 but what you see in the picture has been there for quite a while (sorry it doesn't really show the extent of the deterioration). Still, even if going by install date; means this happen before two years of use! That means they aren't being honest about the material being brass. To be clear, rusty water is coming out of the shower head. I use the handheld mostly because although the look of a surface mounted shower faucet is beautiful, it's pretty loud. You know, sometimes you really can get a quality product for a low price. This is one of those examples of getting what you pay for. PLEASE NOTE: If you don't want to go through the hassle of changing out your shower set up in 2 years or so, it's best to spend more money for a quality brand you trust. It's now August 2025 and a while back now, it's become obvious that this is rusted through or someplace that from time to time rust comes out of the original shower head and the pipe leading to the shower head; as well as the hand held. Also, there's a bad leak to the point that we have to shut off the water supply valve after showering. By now, water pours out of the hand held if not. I know, it looks beautiful, but not so much when you have to take it out! I'm very disappointed with this purchase. I ended up replacing with a beautiful Vintage Tub & Bath shower kit that was $395 and had to get swing arms, so add $40 (Kingston Brass on sale) because their kit's faucet handles are closer together. I've used VT&B in the past and they offer quality products. Just an example of a quality brand. Hate I took the cheap route with this thing!

I bought it because of the reviews. cold faucet it's leaking when they fixe it I ask my maintenance and they said the material is not good ! i wait to replace the item or return it from seller but no there is no any responsibility !! it's more than 2 weeks one of the bathroom unused because they close the water to not leak.
