Used it to hook up pool fountain. Applied heat to fit the fountain tubing. Maybe could have used the next larger size.

Not necessarily for an aquarium…
It fits the canister filter. It works. It didn’t smell awful like some of the other tubing reviews said they do. But I don’t think it was designed for aquarium use. If getting for an aquarium, I’d recommend washing it very very thoroughly. I washed mine but probably not thorough enough. About a week after using… my tank came down with a case of Ich. Luckily I caught it early enough and tasted and cured. But this was the only new addition/change to the tank that I could attribute the Ich to. So just wash/rinse very very well before use.

Works well for my application
