Q: What is the percentage of retinol in this product?

My guess is not very much. I have extremely sensitive skin, and so far this is working for me without causing issues. Their website says: A: Unfortunately we do not have the percentage of retinol in our products available. Our most powerful retinol product is our Retinol Vita C Power Serum, followed by the Retinol Vitamin C Moisturizer, the DermalQuench with Retinol, then the Retinol Eye Cream

Q: Can this be used around the eye area?

No I would not use it around your eyes. Kate Somerville makes another eye cream that is wonderful also. Check her website. Love her products
