These are incredible. If I’m having a histamine intolerance flare up, I take one of these and feel relief within 30 minutes. Some days it is not enough and I’ll need the added help of an antihistamine. But wow, definitely purchase these, they’re worth every penny! As my histamine intolerance has been improving, after suffering from it for over two years, I’ve needed less antihistamine dosages and just rely on these daily now. Will continue to buy this product over and over.

I bought these for my 13 year old son. At age 2, he was diagnosed with cough variant asthma. He has always struggled with horrible seasonal allergies from roughly April/May thru October every year. Since moving farther North, his allergies have been better but still give him trouble every summer, especially if not kept under control. His main issue is an overabundance of nasal congestion and mucus in his throat. I got these for him this spring when his allergies flared up and I'm not kidding, within 2 days we noticed a significant improvement in his symptoms. Within a week his allergies were almost non-existent. (He still takes his Zyrtrc every night, just in case.) I'm a believer! Will continue to purchase. Thanks for an amazing product!

First, let it be known that I am a huge fan of Dr. Lynch's. He and his company make top quality supplements that really serve a useful purpose. I was having trouble with vertigo for about two years. It wasn't life stopping but it affected how I exercised, slept and generally felt. I was reading a book on histamines that Dr. Lynch recommended and it talked about histamines and dizziness. I coupled that with something a friend told me about her dizziness improving when she took anti-histamines. I started taking this supplement and the dizziness disappeared. It could be coincidental but I'm not going to test that coincidence. What I may do is try some further anti-histamine supplements that he sells to control histamine reactions in your body as even probiotics cans stimulate a response if you take the wrong strains. Even taking this supplement I still do flush with the intake of alcohol and when I exercise, both signs of histamine intolerance. Time will tell on further supplementation but for now I will not be without HistaminX.

I have MCAS and am on every med they could think of and was still having flares. I decided to try this product on a whim, and it’s been the think to work! It’s frustrating how expensive it is, and I can’t speak to how effective it is on its own, but as part of a cocktail it’s made a huge difference. I just wish it was covered by insurance. $40+ a month when you take a lot of stuff adds up!

I have had significant environmental allergies all my life, which are no doubt exacerbated by living with a cat, even though I am allergic. I am taking Xymogen's AllerDHQ now, instead of Zyrtec, because it is a bit better. But like every other antihistamine before it, it was not enough. Enter HistaminX. Now, I have hope! Even during the pollen-laden spring, I have been almost completely symptom free. What? Yup. The real test of time will be the mold season of fall, but I suspect that using HistaminX as my secret weapon add-on, I will thrive. This is an unexpected hero in my supplement box.
