At our Elementary School, we celebrated Black History with a Throw Back Thursday - Rep an Era. I dressed in the 50s. Everything went well.

The title says it all the material is poor quality and stiff the skirt itself is not very full.

It was cute . Fit was as stated . Would recommend.

This was really cute. The only complaint is that it is not lined. You can see right through it, and it is a bit scratchy on the skin. I bought it for a costume, so some leggings under it will do fine. Would be super great under a skirt.

once it was removed from the packaging and allowed to relax, the petticoat expanded into a nice full and bouncy slip.

This arrived in a plastic envelope rolled up as tightly as possible. It was a little hard to unroll and unwrinkle. It's very easy to rip so be careful when you're unpacking it and smoothing it out. However, this is just what I was looking for. I only gave this item 4 stars because of the way it was packaged. If the package had been torn at all it could've easily torn the crinoline. The crinoline itself is pretty nice though.
