This is a wonderful sheath. Very sturdy and holds extra multi tool kits from previous sheaths. Can highly suggest.

Perfect tight fit. Just make sure you lock your Pliers so you don't wear through the sheaths after 10 years like I did :)

I will give this 4 stars for good quality and finish, however for my Leatherman Wave which is listed as a tool it fits it is simply just too large...it can be used for it but there is tons of extra room inside. I have gave it a couple weeks but its bothersome how loose the tool is inside, the velcro cover keeps the tool inside but I dont like the loose feeling. I will likely re purpose it for something else. Molle works well with button snap (not recommended for maritime use, button will rust) It can be configured to use on a belt, was wearing it on my 1.75" riggers belt but it is a bit loose, your choice.Another thing to note is the color is much more tan similar to "Desert Tan or Sand" if you are looking for "Coyote Brown or Tan 499" this isnt the color.

I needed a belt sheath for my Wave plus, but wanted to be able to remove it quickly if needed and attach it to my belt either vertically or horizontally. This checks all the boxes and holds the multi tool securely, but is a bit bulky.

Happy with product. Bought when the recommended replacement for a different brand was too small.

Purchased this sheath as a replacement for my worn-out leather Wave sheath.Fit & Finish: The finish and sewing looks good, but I find it much too large for my Wave. I can actually comfortably fit my Wave AND my Crunch AND one of the pieces of my Wave Bit Kit in this sheath at the same time... so you can imagine that the Wave by itself or Wave plus Bit Kit are pretty loose and flop around a bit. I have a hard time returning my Wave to this sheath one-handed, as there is no elastic pouch in the back to keep the Bit Kit from getting in the way (all of the factory Wave sheaths have elastic sewn inside to keep a Bit Kit in place).Molle Attachment: The product image didn't show the back of the sheath and upon receiving the sheath I learned that the Molle attachment only has alternate rows of webbing. This is perfectly suited to attaching to PALS webbing, but will not work as a belt sheath. Some Molle items I have used in the past have loops sewn in EACH row instead of alternate rows and of course you can weave the strap above and below adjacent rows to secure the item as you wish. Arranging the webbing in such a manner would allow one to thread the strap over the top 2 rows and under the remaining rows to make the item function as a belt-sheath, however since this product omits alternate rows from that arrangement it will work for PALS attachment only. Don't expect to use this as a belt sheath (unless of course you have a belt thinner than 1").Good quality item, but I find the "universal" fit leaves something to be desired for my Wave. The fit would probably be a little better on a larger knife like the Surge or SuperTool 300, but still might wind up looser than some prefer.

Super, nach drei Jahren hat der alte Holster den Dienst quittiert. Wenn dieser genau so lange hält ist das Super!!

Cette gaine plus grande permet de ranger un Leatherman Surge avec les deux plaquettes pour le kit optionnel à 21 embouts de tournevis. Une étoile de moins pour la précision, car quand on met les deux plaquettes dedans, c'est un peu dur de les faire entrer, 2mm de plus auraient été idéaux. Mais cela va probablement se donner avec le temps. Donc excellent produit.
