Royal Family Big Mochi, japanese mochi candy dessert rice cake (Bubble Milk Tea, 1 ct)

Bought this once at the mall and they taste super good, glad I could find them here

Pros:These are my son’s favorite treat, he opened the Amazon package and was happy to receive it. Con: the Amazon shipment was placed on my porch infront of the public eye where anyone can steal it… Why?

Photo is very misleading. The mochi does taste like boba but there is no boba that is shaped like a ball inside. It's just flavored paste inside the mochi so the photo is very misleading. The mochi also cops in plastic wraps so you can eat and save some for later without worrying about spoilage.

I am in loveee with this Mochi, they’re definitely worth the price although there’s just about 8 little pockets inside. They’re quite small for the regular size mochi I have tried before but the have a nice texture not too chewy not too firm and it is JUST AS shown in the picture with some mashed sweet beans and pearls filling inside. Truly recommend specially my toddler got in love with it and it is easier to eat it than the other ones that are too chewy and he can easily choke.

Okay but they are kind of bland for mochi in my opinion. They were fresh and the texture was nice. The flavor was lacking but they were a good price

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Foul. They tasted greasy and waxy. Nothing like boba. Would not buy again.

They were timely and delicious. I’m glad that they were individually wrapped then I can savor and save at my leisure and I don’t have to worry about freshness.

If you like mochi, and you like bubble milk tea, you will likely like these wee sweets. They’re a little small, but very moreish. (If you DON’T already like mochi, then be aware that the texture is something you may need to adjust to - they’re squishy in a way that isn’t quite like anything Western I can think of - chewier than marshmallows, but more yielding than gummies.)

These are my favourite things to have as a snack. They are soft and taste great. If you haven't had mochi before you may find the texture weird, but it's honestly a nice treat.
