Essene Book of Meditations and Blessings Paperback – November 17, 2010

Tiny book, power packed with small verse on each page for morning and night spiritual contemplations. Wonderful travel companion and/or bedside companion.. I had this book 20 years ago and lost it. I'm delighted to have another copy.

This is a lovely book which I have had for many years. I had difficulty find another copy which I am gifting to a special friend.

Arrived in perfect condition.

I own multiple copies of this book and gift them when I find seekers wishing to see life in a deeper, more holistic way. It's the blessings and meditations-only form of the yearly Book of Days yearly meditation book with dates and moon information (which I also use). The book is broken down into cross-quarter terms, Beltane, Summer Equinox, Samhain, etc. and has a seasonal, weekly, and daily focus. It really packs so much depth into the pocket version of The Book of Days. I can't recommend it enough. It's been part of my spiritual rituals since 1989 when I first bought it.

Would have liked a bigger copy! Hence the four ⭐️

Tiny, had I been aware of size and that half the pages are blank, I would not have bought it.
