AMAZON should not carry this item. It is literally a piece of junk stylist for 30 years. It has no neck support it’s like made out of pool tubing wrap with some flimsy cloth with glue and the rope makes no sense. I very rarely write a review but I was so angry at that thing I threw in the garbage And I really should’ve returned it. What a piece of junk. I am sorry to write this review, but it must’ve cost them five dollars in the US to make maybe two dollars in China or dollar very disappointed. I really hope AMAZON does not carry this anymore.

I bring this now to the hair salon at every visit. Did not need the ties at the sides - cut them off. Great size to fit into my purse, and very light weight. Best of all, comfort at the sink is like night and day - very relaxing experience now! I previously injured my neck at the salon sink, and no longer have to worry about this. This is an excellent product.

I have neck pain and getting hair washed in beauty salon is problematic with their sinks- rest cushion helps protect my neck and makes experience pain-free. There was a minor delay in the order and the seller went out of his way to keep me appraised of the reason for delay and did an expedited shipment- I consider this outstanding customer service!

This product was awesome! I used it for the first time yesterday and my neck was pain free in the awkward salon shampooing chair. I highly recommend if you have neck issues at the shampoo station!
