Great quality, audio and fit.
I purchased these last year or so as a backup for my water media player that came with earbuds. After almost daily use, the original earbuds are starting to wear out, so I decided to give these a try now.Surprise, surprise, I actually like them better than the original ones. The main reason is the fit. With the old ones, I was always fiddling with buds, adjusting them in my ear. These stay put the entire time, and I use them for an hour long work-out in the water (laps and/or aqua jogging). The quality of the audio is great. No distortion, it seals distracting noises out completely (which is great for listening to audio books), and from what I've been told the sound, even at higher volume stays in my ears and isn't bothering fellow swimmers or runners. The only thing wish was for the split cable to be a tiny bit longer.I'm tall and like to warp the ear buds around my neck instead of having the cable dangling in front of me, and with these it's just a liiiiittle bit too short for comfort. Therefor I have to clip my mp3 player too high on my straps, which then makes it uncomfortable and too close to my shoulder.I know, I know...the "curse" of the tall women. ;)

At first happy then a few days later sad and frustrated- very good seller though
At first I was happy and tried this without swimming. It worked okay. Then I found I had a dud a few days later. Already one side went out. The adapter is good but somehow the signal going into one ear bud is totally broken. And yes, I tried switching the ear buds around to be sure it was them and not me with sudden hearing loss. These were purchased to replace another pair of waterproof ear buds that were around 11 dollars and had failed after a short time. These did not work the first time I took them in the water. One of the buds was not getting sound. The wire makes a static sound when try to wiggle the wire to see if I can get other side to come in.It seems there are so many items that at first blush seem really affordable but then they break so fast. There are no moderately priced comparison ones. I do not see any better quality ones in even a twenty dollar price range. It looks like the next level up jumps more than 20 and up to a hundred. I would hate to have to spend more for some decent ear-buds. I have an mp3 player that is waterproof to go swimming in and can't use it unless I find some affordable waterproof headphones. The ones that came with the mp3 player lasted about 10 months these replacements do not even last a month. Were is the middle range? This stinks! Update the seller of this contacted me and was apologetic offering to send a replacement as it may have been damaged in transit or the inspection for quality may have been missed as each one is not checked. I read other reviews and think that some people are very satisfied so maybe something went wrong with this particular one. The seller is very good about offering replacement perhaps because issue with it came for me so fast.

Best value...
I use these for running, the sound quality is not perfect, but better than other earbuds I've had. Biggest complaint is that the rubber part comes of all the time! Seriously. Luckily mine came with extras, but I used every extra after having lost the others pulling the headphones out of a pocket, wrapping them through my shirt for a run, breathing on them wrong... I super glued them on at one point, but that only held for two weeks. I had one come off in my ear once, and I had to have my wife get it out with tweezers. BUT, I accidentally put them through my laundry twice, and they were fine the first time, and the second time, only one of the speakers stopped working (at which point I tossed them). They are pretty tough. In all, I used them for about 6 months, got used to the delicate rubber part, and these will be the headphones that I continue to use, because lets face it, all headphones, no matter how expensive, will need to be replaced.

I'd recommend finding the ear bud size that is right for ...
I swim laps often and I am in the pool at least 5 times a week for about 1 1/2 hours each time. and have gone through many "waterproof" earbuds. The truth is, none of them are really waterproof. I've learned the hard way that the trick is to keep the water from making contact with the speaker part of the earbud and I"ve manged to do this with this brand for much longer than the other much more expense ones on the market.Firstly, I'd recommend finding the ear bud size that is right for you (It should hurt a bit when you first shove it in there). I'd also recommend using crazy glue to keep the earpice attached to the body as I did have the ear peace come off and get stuck in my ear once.Put them on BEFORE you get in the water (I use spit to lube it up a bit first). When you get out of the pool, be careful to keep water from getting in so as to avoid making contact with the speaker. You'll eventually run out of luck and need to get a new pair, but at this price you won't find a cheaper way to listen to music while working out in the pool. The sound is good, and at a good volume. More importantly, it keeps water from getting into your ear (vital for doing long distance crawl).

Inexpensive, yes. Quality, NO.
On my very first swim with these, the sound did not come through both ears well or consistently. I had to adjust several times and ended up not having the sound experience I was looking for. The long cord is really inconvenient and I didn’t find the three clips helpful. I have tried at least four other brands/models of waterproof earbuds for swimming. The ones I like and find comfortable don’t last - the sound stops coming in one or both ears over time. So, I thought I’d try these. They are the worst by far. I have never had such bad sound quality right away. I will say that the earbuds arrived promptly and I appreciated the minimal packaging. I was surprised that they didn’t come with the smallest rubber tips that come with other similar products; I had to take some from old headphones to have the right size. And I agree with other reviewers that the tips come off in your ear readily (more than with others).
