The book is very well priced and informative. Great help if you plan to sit for the CFA 1 and/or have a Corporate Finance class. It’s the CFA Institute Series, so its quite good.

A good book to refresh all inportant topics under CFA. Covers all the basics one needs.

What I look the most of books on Amazon is that the books are almost exact replicas of the regular book from the page numbers to the charts and pictures.m with this ebook it is not. As well this ebook is not set up like other books it's more of PDF file then a regular ebook.

The book gives were detailed information about the subject matter along with numerous examples of definations and problem solving step for by for greater understanding. I would recommend this book.

Nice book. Very comprehensive insight on corporate governance and finance.A lot of practical examples to illustrate the theory.Theoretical summary is very handy, and there are also some exercises to solve in the end of each chapter.
