The glass material was very good but the hand pump and holder material coated with steel ,also damged within 4 weeks....... There is no value for money...... Totaly disatisfied......

Overall the product is nice, looks good and seems like its decently hardy. The bottle is made of glass as per the specs. However the pump and the holder are plastic coated with chromium. Only the part that is to be screwed to the wall is actual metal. Will update after a month of use.

I bought two of this product in Feb this year and one has completely spoilt and cant be used at all, the other one - the holder is made of such a poor material that the coating is peeling off! Very poor quality.

I'm not sure the piece I received was faulty but I'm writing for it specifically. It looks like it has been designed by some undergrad engineer from a local college with quota admission. The press nozel does not flush well, and the soap leaks from the ceiling then drips around the body of the bottle.Mounting screws have no dimensions from a datum. How can a customer drill holes in the wall?Will not order again

Bought 3 sets under the impression as described on Amazon and clamp holder is made of SS. The Holder Clamp for all the three items in a set is made of plastic with plating. This coating has come off in few months.This is simple cheating by the dealer and definitely rate AMAZON for Poor Quality Standards. This brand items should be removed from listing thus maintain Quality Standards to AMAZON Customers.

Not good at all..At first you will think that it's a great product but after using it couple of months you get to know the truth..It started leaking after 2 months from the bottom of the nozzle and finally only after 5 months the plastic mechanism under the nozzle broke down..And remind you I am the only one using it as there are no other person in the house..so the frequency of it being used is not that high.

I bought this 2 months back and it has already started getting worn out. The shine on it has got completely distorted. The material of the bottle is nice but the holder could have been better.

Complete waste of Money. Don't buy it. The coating came off days after installation and the soap dispenser's pump brok down after a week use. Had to throw the entire item and buy a new one.
