Since I cannot swallow pills, I am blessed to be able to order liquid supplements on Amazon that are trustworthy products.

My son has to take folic acid daily and he can't swallow pills so this was my alternative to the problem. Liquid folic acid works very nicely for us.

Purchased to fight medication-induced mouth sores (similar to impact from chemo). Small sip whenever they bother me, swish for a minute, then swallow. Viola! Works like magic. Taste is pleasant, not medicinal, no aftertaste or upset stomach. One bottle lasted several months.
