Best of the Superfeet
I’ve bought a lot of different Superfeet but these work best in my hiking boots, ski boots, road bike shoes and anything that needs lightweight, thin and strong arch support

Outstanding arch support
I’ve bought 3 of these outstanding arch supports. They are excellent in support with my feet feeling great. I use them in my hiking boots, dress shoes and casual athletic shoes. Quality is first class too.

No more venting holes?
Update: They removed the venting holes which are particularly important to me since I distant run. I would have thought it was a mistake but I ordered two pairs in different sizes be the venting holes are missing from both. That’s disappointing especially since there was no indication that they made a design change. Original Review I’m a distance runner (on and off since 1989). Over the past year I started having sharp knee pains when running and then when walking. So I stopped running, but I could not stop walking. The pain occurred frequently, almost every time I walked. Also I had a trip planned to Spain where I would be walking many miles. After a lot of research I found these inserts for low arch/flat feet. They arrived days before my trip and I started using them immediately. The first walk I had zero knee pain and I was cautiously optimistic. I wore them in Spain and walked many miles (approximately 30) with zero knee pain. Thank God!! They really work! I wore three different pairs or shoes swapping the inserts each time. I’ll be ordering several more because I wear various work, casual and athletic shoes. By the way, I’ve been switching these inserts between my sneakers, oxfords, and casual footwear and they fit perfectly and work in each style. I’m truly impressed and so happy. Now I can begin training for my next race. One note about comfort, they are noticeable because they provide support where your foot needs it. Some may find this uncomfortable at times. No knee pain far outweighs the feeling of the artificial arch support. I’ve already gotten used to the feeling of the new support. They have a new customer for sure.

Not cheap but probably worth it
This is my second pair of this exact product. I actually wore out the previous shoes but not the superfeet. The hard composite piece looked almost like new after about 10 months and who knows how many miles. The foam part was slightly flattened and starting to wear under my one toe. I could have easily gotten another 6 months out of the previous pair except they stank to high heaven in spite of shoe odor sprays. Since I didn't like the idea of my brand new shoes starting out smelling foul, I just chucked the old superfeet and bought more. There's not a lot to say. They're an insole. They provide good arch support. They may make your feet hurt a week or two before you get used to them. There's a decent chance they'll make your shoes squeak somewhat loudly when you walk. I decided to try some because I developed plantar fasciitis after wearing shoes for overpronating when I should have had neutral. Oops. The superfeet did the trick and my feet eventually stopped hurting. Day to day I don't notice much difference but my feet do hurt less after long walks and the extra arch support is nice. I wear 4E (wide) shoes so I ordered up a size and trimmed the ends. These are better than drugstore insoles and cheaper than custom orthotics so if you think they'd help you, it's not a bad choice.

Nice support
Trimmed them a little bit and they fit my shoes great! The support is pretty firm and the arch is high so it can take some getting used to if you haven’t had arch support before. But they’ve helped with my foot pain so I’m happy

Lower profile than other Superfeet, but limited support
Purchased these on the recommendation of a Superfeet rep who stated they are the lowest profile insole offered. I use them for men's leather dress shoes and boots, which I wear for several hours at a time. They are lower profile than other Superfeet I have owned, but still require some space in the shoe. So they do not fit in certain pairs of shoes, that are cut narrower. Wearing these is better than nothing, but not the best in terms of support. The plastic heel cup feels hard beneath the foam, and after a lot of walking I find my feet feel tired, which is not the case with other insoles I have owned, including both the Superfeet copper and the Superfeet blue. The copper is a great and amazingly comfortable insole, but requires your shoes either have a removable insole of your own to take out, or be 1/2 - full size large to accomodate it. So in terms of comfort or support these are nowhere near the copper, or even the blue. I'm keeping them because they have a function in my closet (shoes in which the blue or copper insoles do not fit), but will continue to search for a better solution for my case.

Amazing for active feet
When my Physical therapist suggested I get some inserts to help in correcting my patellar tendonitis, I was skeptical. I do have flat feet and the arches collapse even more when my feet get tired from a long run, jumping rope, or a hard workout. These are indeed very light and very rigid without feeling uncomfortably high. They are indeed really thin so they were easy to add on top of sneakers that didn't have a removable insole without adding too much bulk or height to the shoe. My Asics I use for running had removable insoles of nearly the same thickness so they were a perfect match. I also used them in my Puma indoor soccer shoes as well as Nike trainers and running shoes. Comfortable and stable in everything. The logos peel off the top of them pretty fast from hard use... But they don't really change how they work or feel. They made me Much more aware of when my feet were starting to get tired. They continued to give me support even when they were tired and wanted to collapse causing my alignment issues and aggravating my knee tendonitis. Unfortunately, these are NOT thin enough for dance shoes. I wish there was something on the market that has dancers in mind... Allowing for feel in the toes and mobility in the balls of the feet while still providing arch support. They would have to be even thinner than these. I also wish they were cheaper so I could get more sets instead of swapping!
