You have to string the garland pieces onto a ribbon often used for balloons. Somewhat difficult and time consuming. Paper was thick and sturdy.

I really like the look of these basketball themed decor but you have to string each piece together and it’s very time consuming. The quality is great and it’s definitely cute! But don’t expect to open the package and decorate. You’ll need to string each piece and then cut them to size
