Easy To Use
I bought this to check the temperature on my coal stove at various spots. I've used it for checking temperatures on other things and it works well and very accurate. It's easy to use and was a great price

Not made of great quality

Drains Battery
This infrared thermometer, is pretty much useless to me because every time I pull it out of my truck, the battery is dead. The device is faulty and will drain battery when not being used.

Grip split apart
When you put the 9v battery in the grip, there is not enough room and the grip widens to where it almost breaks the grip.

Works as advertised!
It matched the temps from my 3D printer's bed reading that tells me both were accurate but I'm sure there are other ways of truly verifying it's (this IR Thermometer that I'm trying to review) accuracy but I'm no scientist sooooo I'll just have to rely on matching my own equipment's temp readings for now until I can get my hands on some official equipment someday.
