Spam Jalapeño, 12 Ounce Can (Pack of 12)

Five star in terms of SPAM - super hard to find flavor - Jalapeno. It is very tasty, not a lot of heat - just a little. It's so good in so many recipes. I am thrilled to find it and was willing to pay a premium price for SPAM Jalapeno. However, the shipping part was awful - Came in just a loosely sealed plastic bag, inside an envelope type shipping bag. 3 of the cans where open and leaking. Eh. I did receive a refund because of damage - hopefully they will be better shipped in the future.

I LOVE THIS FLAVOR AND HOPE SPAM WILL BRING IT BACK!! Great for making Sushi with SPAM, any breakfast meal, or any meal you feel a teriyaki flavor and SPAM would work with! I am taking a star away from 'Value for money' portion because although it is getting increasingly difficult to find the teriyaki flavored SPAM, this is still expensive. Still, this flavor of SPAM is a MUST HAVE/TRY while it is still available on any market but be warned now, it is only going to get more expensive as time goes on as it has been discontinued for quite some time now as of writing this review. SPAM, PLEASE consider bringing this flavor back even if it’s for a seasonal run or just a few short months every so often. You have a great product in your company and there is a demand for it!

I sent this variety of Spam to our friends in Georgia along with the Jalapeño Spam. They were excited to receive it as they had never seen it and absolutely love spicey food…especially Spam because it is so versatile.

The product itself is great. My family really likes it, especially when it is cut up and used in fried rice. The only down side is the shipping cost. Ditto if you but it from the manufacturer website. Apparently a local big box store (rhymes with Frost Dough) had this available for a while and stopped stocking it. I wish I had known, as I probably could have stocked up and saved the shipping costs.

Ordered the 6 pack of teriyaki spam, opened 3 cans and they had mold. For paying 34$ to get half good and half moldy is absurd.

This flavor of Spam was not available when I purchased it online. I gave the case to my son as a gag gift along with a Spam cookbook. He loved it. I never knew or wanted to know how many things one could do with Spam.

One of the cans was leaking profusely. Didn’t think it was wise to eat and threw it out. The other can was fine and as a big fan of Spam found it to be amazing. Just the right amount of kick. If not for a defective can this product would have earned 5 stars. It’s also a bit pricey - don’t know if I would purchase it again.
