I haven't used this yet, but I don't know why it got such bad reviews...It is an affordable price for all this stuff, what were you expecting....? All Clad? Seems like a fair deal, more durable than people are saying, and the price was right.

I'm in love..

I returned these items as defective because they are flimsy and by using the words "Heavy Duty" is miss leading and borders on false advertising. The Aluminum case that this set comes in is very flimsy and cheap. I would not trust these cooking tools to hold anything even slightly heavy as they are thin and wobble or bend easily. The tongs bend easily when you close them together and nothing is between the ends. Needless to say I would not recommend this set to anyone.
