UPDATE: I STILL LOVE THIS PAN!! ...But it wore out so fast. Less than 5 months use and it is OVER. Now I am debating: Do I love using this pan SO MUCH that I will just keep buying them one after another every 4-5 months? Hey, it was less than $50 for TWO OF THEM...so I kinda COULD just keep buying them... Maybe all non-stick cookware is like this...? I have never bought a non-stick before so I don't know - ! I sure stand by my love of the pan expressed in my original review: "GreenPan Hudson Healthy Ceramic Nonstick is stealing me away from a lifetime of commitment to stainless steel cookware. I would NEVER....EVER....buy or use a non-stick pan. My kitchen is stainless-steel cookware all the way, a commitment I thought would never change. Then I received this pan as a gift, and...well if you cook as much as I do, you will find this pan to be life-changing. So far I have only one. I'm using it for everything, just to see if there is anything I 'miss' about stainless steel. GreenPan is winning every test of its abilities. And it is so easy to clean that it has never yet seen the inside of my dishwasher. Why bother. No matter what I just cook in it, a quick wipe leaves it right-out-of-the-box spotless. And it's gorgeous on my cooktop." But...that was then, and THIS is now: ( See my video ) At this stage I feel like I have to toss the one I have: I don't want to be eating ceramic, even in tiny bits. But will I buy another one? And another? I just have not decided yet. One thing is certain: If I don't buy another Greenpan I'm definitely going to miss it.

This is my second GreenPan Hudson Healthy Ceramic Nonstick, 11" Frying Pan Skillet. The first, I ordered direct from GreenPan was recently damaged and I liked it so much I ordered this one to replace it. Unfortunately, this one came with not one but two blemishes in the coating. This will eventually lead to chipping or causing the coating to fail and need to be replaced. I would have sent it back immediately but I really missed my first 11” Frying Pan Skillet so much that I didn’t want to be without it. I’ve ordered several pans from GreenPan and use them for cooking designated foods to see just how long they’ll last. I’m at just over 12 months from my original order and they continue to work well and look great! Pros: - Easy to make perfect sunny side up eggs! - Easy clean up. - Heat distribution is even and cooks wonderfully on Medium heat! Cons: - Arrived with the coating damaged. - I choose to hand wash these (see the instructions) it’s time consuming but they last and look wonderful! Summary: I’m saddened that the pan arrived damaged. This looks like a manufacturing defect, not a shipping issue and should have been caught by quality control. The GreenPans do such a great job cooking food that I didn’t want to be without a nice 11” frying pan for even a week while waiting for a replacement. Their saute pans with the clear lids are great too. After seeing how consistently I prepared several dishes a relative even ordered a set with the clear lids and told me how happy he was to be able replicate the meals I made with them. I highly recommend the GreenPans. I really wish Quality Control (QC) was better. My score would have been 5 starts but 2 manufacturing defects couldn't be missed. Any other pan would have received 2 stars.

I bought this for my daughter to replace an older, probably full of toxins, non-stick pot. She already had a couple of skillets from Green Pan and likes how they cook and the ease of cleaning. It's impossible to find these small pots locally, so I bought two and she's very happy with them.

I bought these after my set of older GreenPans had seen better days. I was blown away at how effective the nonstick was, and they are super easy to clean! I feel like the sizes are perfect for my day-to-day cooking needs. I have cooked many recipes using these pans now and they have stood the test of time!

Only used it twice but really like them. No stick. Yet🤞

Interesting pan. It worked perfectly for months then suddenly the non-stick stopped working. I can't stress enough how clean I kept this pan. It literally still looks brand new, not a single scratch. The only wear is on the outer sides of the pan. So I didn't understand how the non-stick just went away. I should also add I've never heated the pan on high heats, 6 of 10 is the highest I've ever used with it. Now it'll leave this very thin clear film that is impossible to scrape off. I'll let it soak for hours and it eventually comes off and the pan looks new again but the functionality is lost. I do not recommend this pan. If you would've asked me 6 months into using it I would've praised it but unfortunately it went from hero to zero almost overnight. Get a decent carbon steel pan instead. Some come preseasoned and are unbelievably non-stick right out of the box. But just look up the basics of using and cleaning it and in no time you'll have the best non-stick pan ever with no chemicals!

Using it for a week now. Easy to clean. So far so good.

Great pans

La mejor compra que he hecho. Estoy encantada con el producto. Llevo un poco más de un mes usándolo a diario (desayuno, comida y cenas) lo cuido mucho, utilizo utensilios de madera y lo lavo con esponja suave y el antiadherente sigue intacto, la comida sigue sin pegarse, utilizo muy poco aceite, de la parte de abajo se raya muy fácil si lo arrastras en las superficies pero creo eso es lo de menos, está un poco pesado el sartén pero se siente el mango firme.

Son geniales estos sartenes. Antiadherentes y fácil de limpiar

en cuanto al antiadherente, es perfecto. Era el wok de mis sueños. Pero después de 1 año, el asa simplemente se rompió y se despegó del wok. Estoy MUY triste por esto!
