A needed product!
As someone who is recently having to use this product, they hold alot. I use these for overnights and they work wonderful. I just wish I could get them in a smaller size.

I am a heavy Incontinent. Tried for the first time last night. No leaks, no fowls, no errors. Had the pair on for at least 7 hrs. very satisfied.

Not for overnight use
Not absorbent enough for overnight use. Poor customer service. I needed Amazon to help me get a refund from this company

The design around the leg isn't adequate to prevent leaking at night.

Very absorbent.
One of the thickest, bulkiest pullups I've worn. They hold a lot of pee and along with my plastic panties keep me dry for a couple wettings. I dress fem and need something to keep me dry while out and these work and feel great too.
