Perfect, just what I was looking for!
I love this, it fits my Leatherman Wave perfectly after stuffing half of a folded up paper towel in the bottom. As others have said the snaps come undone easily, I'll just glue them together and that should take care of the problem.Working the graveyard shift, I use my Leatherman and my Mag light constantly, I have been looking for a good leather dual pouch and I'm happy I found this one, the quality is good and should last a long time!

worth every penny!
I was so glad to find this item after my cloth mag lite holster came apart. this is a well made item and has made my life easier. my leatherman surge fits perfect in it, as does the flash lite. only thing that could make it better would be if it had the option not to have snaps on the belt loop... Im kinda rough on it and it will come open now and again.

It's very well made but bigger than it looks...
Right. So I ordered this because my trusty ballistic nylon jobbie wore out completely(see Link mine was the same just for the wave) Leatherman 930231 Super Tool Black Nylon-Flashlight Combo Sheath 930600 .... This new leather guy showed up and considering I had worn out 2 of the same nylon sheaths, kinda figured leather would hang out a lil longer. This sheath is BIG. Obviously Mag was going for the rugged aspect more than the sleek/efficient way.. it'll be a lil deep in the holster side for a leatherman wave, as in if one were to push the Wave all the way down into the holster, you'll find you've only got about 1/2" of the tool itself to grab and get out. The wave sits snug and doesn't rattle around. If you intend to put a leatherman Surge in there the depth is about perfect. Like the one dude said though, it'll be pretty snug and you'll have to allow a break in period for the leather...I can see Some might not appreciate the snaps, they arent loose by any means, however while that whole break in period for the Surge I popped one of the snaps a few times.Yet they can easily be glue if'n it became a real issue ... like it's been said, a very tight fit at first. After this guy arrived and i realized it was perhaps a tad overkill for the wave. I went ahead and used it as an excuse to buy a Surge.(which i've wanted for a a while but my old sheath had been to small).. Yes yes, pleased the wife to no end.Anyway, the Surge came with this sheath (see link)Leatherman Premium Leather Nylon Sheath I (honestly, i'm not certain if it is sheath I or sheath II, but you get the idea) Incidentally the sheath it came with is a lil superior for my needs.. It has a loop on either side that fits a AA maglite, which is ultimately, the quintessential aspect of a sheath for me. That being said I can't penalize this sheath because i came across one that works better for me.This Sheath has terrific build quality, Good stitching, Good leather, Serious metal snaps. Not super efficient in design, but this guy will last 10 years of daily use easily. ..I can see it being sold in a store for $30. However, It is Large. I didn't really notice it being big when I was wearing it, in fact, i really liked the "flatness" of it. I mean it doesn't really stick out far from your belt. But when you see it in person be prepared for a lil shock, as it is wide.P.S. I personally think this Sheath was designed with a shrade uncle henry in mind....

Don’t throw away your money
Way too small, I ve never seen them this small it’s a joke how small it was. I put it in hot water to stretch it and it started to melt I threw it where it belongs in the trash.

Love This!
The flashlight and knife holder is really nice, however the flashlight part is so tight that it requires using both hands to remove the flashlight. One to hold the holster itself, and the other to actually grab the flashlight. If you just try to take the flashlight out on handed, you'll will just remove the entire holster from your belt.Update: I superglued the buttons for the belt strap and now it's great. Now when I sit or kneel down, it doesn't pop off.

Be prepared to fix on arrival, but worth the effort!
All in all, this is a great combination holster. The leather is decent quality, the snaps are pretty solid, but it fails at one specific point in the stitching, between the flashlight and knife/tool sections, in the top center. Maybe it's just a bad run and this is old stock, by and large Maglite is a reputable brand. At any rate, this is easily fixed. Run a stitch through it, use a little bit of leather-appropriate glue - it's doable. Shouldn't have to be though, so two stars off for that. Otherwise, I'm very happy with it. Fits a light and a leatherman wave very nicely, a little bit of hard foam in the bottom of the tool pouch lets the Wave ride higher and sit where it's supposed to.

The genuine article works well
Some here have posted that they got knock-offs. I got the genuine article, and it works great, holding both my Leatherman Supertool 300 and my Maglite Mini within easy reach. The fit on the Leatherman was pretty snug for several days, then it smoothed out.I didn't like the snaps on the back of the belt loop at first, but it has kept me from putting lots of stress on my belt and on the holster when the snaps have opened up instead of holding and jerking, when I've gotten it caught on things. My belt still holds the belt loop and holster tight enough to my body to keep it from falling out, and the habit of just re-snapping it closed has become fairly automatic. I'm not even having to do it as much anymore, after about a month, and I guess that I'm just learning how to move with it on.This holster adds quite a bit of bulk over one that just holds a multitool or small flashlight, which seems obvious at first, but is kind of surprising when you first put it on. The difference becomes pretty natural fairly quickly, but I've had to be more careful about which belt loops I put it between on my pants, or I have trouble getting into pockets. That's not a criticism of this item, just something you have to deal with when you put something this large on your belt.
