These are the best socks that I have ever worn inside my steel toe boots. They are very thick and not too tight around the calves like many crew socks seem to be these days. Very comfortable.NOTE: Make sure you wash them at least once inside-out or else your feet will be covered in "sock fuzz" the first time you wear them.

My husband is in love with these socks. He goes through socks like crazy. He works 12 hour shifts on his feet building industrial and military tires. As you can imagine it’s hard on his feet. He’s a stocky, tightly packed 200 lbs and 5’7”. I buy him socks every few weeks because they always get holes in them. The first night he wore these he came home the next morning and asked me where I had found these socks. I thought he had a complaint but when I told him he said that they are wonderful. His feet were not aching and he felt like he was walking on clouds all night but they were not sweating from the thickness. We plan to buy more but he doubts that they are not going to last for a while. They are very sturdy and well made.

Nice, thick, warm socks are the best in winter or for hiking. These are perfect for both, and feel super soft. The colored heel and toe are kind of unnecessary, but not a deal breaker. So far, these are nice socks.

My husband works in construction. He is outdoors in all types of weather and is on his feet all day. He says these are super comfortable and loves them. They hold up great in the wash and unbelievably haven't gotten any holes in them yet.These come to about mid-calf (he is 5'8") and are nice and thick. I wouldn't say they are "cushioned" as some work socks are, but they are definitely thicker than the average sock. I will be buying these for him again.

These socks are very comfortable, stay up, wear well and are affordable. Since I got them they're the only sick I'll wear...even though it's summer. I'm genuinely surprised by the negative reviews.

Thick, Warm and Will NEVER EVER stay up. I don't even have big calves to blame it on... This flaw is not something that is evident the first time out of the wash, but by your second you'll start wondering if she should have returned these. By the third time you'll be regretting buying these because they are so comfy, so thick and so damn annoying to pull up.

These socks are thick and soft. They feel good on my feet. I wear a size 9 shoe and they fit perfect. Only time will tell how long they last but so far i feel really good about them.
