This pouch is very well made for the price. The capacity seemed questionable at first, but if you stage the items just right, it will fit quite a bit. I managed to put the following supplies into this pouch...a CAT 7 tourniquet and a marker, a chem light, and trauma shears on the outside pockets, on the inside i have a twin pack of compact chest seals, a 4 inch flat pressure bandage, a survival blanket, a swat-t tourniquet, an npa tube, compressed gauze, quik clot gauze, some flat tape, a mini roll of duct tape, two pairs of gloves, a multi tool, and a mini flashlight. I also put a small boo boo kit under the cords on the front. I would highly recommend this pouch to anyone looking for a lower cost pouch to build out their own ifak.

It’s pretty big. Easy to access quickly. Feels durable. The interior layout took a minute to figure out but know that I have everything in it it’s just about perfect.

Perfect for a trauma ifak. Able to fit a lot more than you would imagine, and the bungee on the outside allows for one more large item to be secured with the bag.

I bought this to store my gun cleaning supplies while out in the field, and for that purpose it works great. However, another reviewer who is a combat medic explains in great detail why this isn’t a very good IFAK. It is very durable and well made, but too small to hold all of the supplies needed for a combat medic or even a personal IFAK. I immagine it would be fine for storing basic first aid supplies for activities such as camping, hiking, biking, etc. but if you need to store chest seals, quick clot, Israeli bandages, tourniquets, combat gauze, etc there is not near enough room.So in short: it makes a great field firearm maintenance kit, and will suffice as a very basic boo-boo kit, but it is lacking in terms of design and available space to serve as an adequate combat IFAK. I hope this helps. Please note, I’m in no way claiming that One Tigress makes bad quality gear; they don’t, and I have many other products from them that I am happy with, including this one. It’s just that this is listed as an emergency IFAK, so I want people to be aware of what they are getting if they decide to purchase thus for its stated intended purpose

Excellent build. Zippers are quality. I use this pack all the time. I swap it from one pack to another easily. Tight and compact for my shoulder strap or thigh strap.

This is a great product !!!Will carry all of my IFAK supplies, and even more !!!I sprayed it down with waterproofing spray, but the water will make it through the zippers, so ensure your supplies are waterproofed before storing them in there.I use it for one of my EDC packs, because I take 4 tourniquets and 2 sets of emergency shears, and several Isreali bandages, and rolls of "curlex".

A really good med pouch overall. Unfortunately mine came with a lose button on the pouch, not the molle strap. I used "Shoe Goo" glue and glued the button back down. So far it has held together during training.Aside from that issue, it is a really good design and can hold a surprising amount of gear on such a small package. I would recommend this product, even with the button issues.

This small Tigris pouch is a SUPER design with quality materials! I love all the different sections onecan put items.......it is truly an amazing bag!
