This slender lava lamp works almost straight out of the box, you will only have to put a few pars together - I found it required a minimum effort. The lamp houses a beautiful, elegant flowing wax in an iconic design that would fit well in an Jetsons episode. Yet there is not much fancy to the lamp, its simple lamp warmth that starts the wax to flow and that then conjures up the classic, nostalgic vibes. LED lights have many attractive attributes but they lack the analog warmth that you get from a lava lamp.Placing such a vintage lava lamp in my man cave yielded an instant positive positive results. It has quite a profound effect on my creativity and my many geeky projects are now driven in new, even more spectacular directions. In contrast to a brightly lit desk showered by cold, white light, resembling a hospital ward, this lava lamp turned out to be super conducive to churning my creative juices. I swear I can feel the lava lamp light stimulating the frontal lobe of my brain — the area of responsible for making great (and terrible) decisions. I’m not surprised as science has shown that creativity emerges when we are at ease, and not stressed by our surroundings. Well that’s exactly what this bubbly lamp does; it supports relaxation and inspiration. It’s a good, affordable lamp , and I have had no issues with leaking or overheating, the only thing that is overheating is my creative drive.

Very Good to look, light level just right, not too bright, good size , careful not to knock it has it is three loose parts.

Unfortuantly ours broke last night but in the time we had it our 4yo girl loved it and we would often lay in bed watching the blobs float about before she fell asleep. It wasn't a defect as to why it broke it was her sister, but I definitely recommend this product especially for the price.

I got this yesterday, so I’ve used it once. The outside of the bulb casing has already started to bubble, I assume from the heat. So now I’m afraid to use it for extended periods of time, which you need to do for it to heat up! You get what you pay for I guess, I’ll be purchasing a more expensive one from a different company.

Small but quaint.Better to buy one of the bigger ones I think because you cannot chance putting this size in a kids room and is too small for the lounge.

I have a Mathmos original lamp and wanted a few more to make more ambiance. Just to replace the bottle on my old lamp cost £35.. this Innoteck lamp was £10 delivered! And it's brilliant! The metal stand is decent quality, the switch and cord are well made, and the lava starts to flow pretty quickly. It all comes well packaged and with understandable instructions. All-in-all very impressed and I might have to get all the other colours now 🤦‍♂️

Put this lamp on and it was working after an hour can't take my eyes off it
