Soulful comfort
Works for me, podiatrist(DPM) recommended. Bought XL, simple trim gives a nice fit. I will buy more for each daily footwear. Kudos for simplicity, efficacy, less expensive than equally good brand name insoles sold at local pharmacies. Long term durability to be assessed in 12 months. DO BUY!

Very dense and supportive
These are superior to other diabetic insoles that I have bought throughout the years. The top layer is the same material that I have grown accustomed to. The bottom layer is much more dense; and therefore, gives even more support than other brands of diabetic insoles. As for the size, they are not true to size. I wear a size 7 ladies shoe. A size 7 ladies insole usually fits perfectly in my sneakers. However, these size 7 insoles were too long and too wide. So I lined them up with the insoles that came with the shoes, and trimmed around the toes and around the side of the foot to the arch with a pair of scissors.. And now they fit perfectly. In my opinion, it is not a bad thing to need to trim to make them fit. Too small would have been a problem. Also the increased density is a bonus. I have hardware in my feet. The density supports my feet well; it is like an extra cushion. It keeps my feet from feeling every bump and rock on the ground. This is why I wear diabetic insoles. I am not diabetic, I just need the density for comfort because of my hardware in my feet. I find that with good diabetic insoles, I can comfortably wear any brand of shoes; and therefore, I do not need special shoes. I want to buy more of this brand of insole. I love them! And I highly recommend them.

Very stiff insert
These were recommended by my podiatrist so I thought I’d give them a try. First thing I noticed was how stiff they were. It was difficult to get them into my walking shoes. I feel they do the job with helping me walk properly but so don’t the brand we see for sale everywhere. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars due to how stiff they were making them difficult to get into my shoes

Buy a size smaller. Otherwise you will be returning!
Despite the mixed reviews I did buy them. For me they have just the right level of comfort and support. But after the first pair was delivered, I realized you need to go down a size. I now own half a dozen pairs!

Not as soft as I thought they would be.

Diabetic Insoles are a must!
Good cushion, good arch support. So far so good. I would buy again.

To be, or not to be
I suppose they would have been okay, if they came in a Narrow- D. They are too wide. Cant get in shoe. Its not like Dr. Scholls where you can trim to size. Be aware of this if you have a narrow foot.

Great for people with diabetic wounds on their feet
These insoles were literally recommended by my podiatrist for my husband, who is diabetic who had open sores on his feet. He recommended that we bought two sauces to ensure that we got the proper one that fit correctly. Once they replaced in my husband shoes he immediately could feel a difference in the pressure on his feet highly recommend.
