I didn’t think this would work but I was wrong. I sleep much better after taking 2 at bedtime

Love this product - use it with proper supervision, but when you do that, it's great quality and easy to absorb.

If you are deficient in Glycine, it does help balance your mood. I would suggest taking it at night as it does tend to make me sleepy.

Had to buy a whole bottle for 3 pills for a test. But they got the job done. Quick ship.

Made me feel like i had no energy to the point of feeling lightheaded and having trouble moving after taking ONE pill (tested for a few days). Tossed.

Update: Glycine Stops working for me if I have it in isolation continuously for more than 5 days. When I give a gap of few days after a window of 1 week usage, miraculously its therapeutic effects starts kicking in - indicating continuous use of glycine depletes /imbalances some other micronutrients and hence the metabolism. On more research found out that Glycine must be balanced with Taurine, Choline, methylated B complex , Essential Aminos, Zinc etc. Glycine by itself continuous use will NOT work.Balance Glycine with supporting metabolic micronutrients and use Glycine in moderation e.g. 1gm/day for 4 days, followed by 3 days gap, then 4 days of usage etc.One of the Best Glycine ever tried . Far better than Pure Encap or Thorne .Instant relaxation of nervous system. Improvement in liver & kidney health.
