Q: how thick are they when they sketch?

Not fine not thick I would say normal.

Q: Why is it double the price? my pens got to me and they had a sticker that said big lots $4.50. why am i paying $10.88 plus shipping???

No it does not stay on. It’s wipes off too easily. Maybe try a dry erase marker of some kind

Since they are described as washable I think “Yes” but I am not certain.
