This guarana powder completely replaced coffee for me. Coffee feels too harsh on my system, while guarana gives clean, smooth energy without jitters or crashes. Taste is terrible but I don't care because I almost don't go a day without taking this. I personally take it by itself & swish w/ water; I don't mix it anything, so yes, it tastes like dirt. Lol. I'm about to purchase my 5th thing of it. I take it almost every morning, after I have eat (I never tried without food & likely never will. No side effects for me. Maybe I'm crazy, idk, but this helps my energy sooooo much && seems to have helped with my mood as well but can't speak too much on the mood part. Never hurts to try but I'd personally cryyyy if it wasn't available.

Has a bitter taste so I mix mine in a sugar free lemonade. Tastes great that way. Perfect for when I’m driving and need to stay awake.

Works just like you'd expect caffeine to work. Make sure use the correct "dosage." There are a lot of complaints about how bitter this is. It certainly is bitter, and I would not recommend using this in an unflavored drink. That being said, I use it in a shake, in which I have a number of other flavors. I can still detect the bitterness, but it's 100% tolerable and I've adjusted to it enough that I barely notice it now. However, if you are sensitive to bitter flavors, this will not be for you.

Title says it all. I put a half of a scoop in a dry glass, add about a cup of drink, down it quickly and immediately Chase with more drink. Pouring drink onto dry Guarana makes it bead up in dry clumps less. It’s ground super fine like powdered sugar. Very effective! I love caffeine, but a whole scoop is a bit much. Make your own energy drinks for pennys! I will need to keep this on hand. Good stuff. A+++++

Great natural source of natural caffeine and antioxidants. Provides a sustained release of caffeine over a longer period, rather than a rapid spike and crash like synthetic caffeine supplements. Mix it in with water and it basically just tastes like unsweetened iced tea.

I have taken a different caffeine powder from Pure Bulk for a year or two. I loved it but they discontinued it I bought this as an alternative and there’s a lot I don’t like compared to the other. This makes me feel weird and jittery and emotional and angry. The other caffeine did not do that. This is very fine powder and clumps up and doesn’t blend It tastes absolutely terrible. It has a super strong bitter taste to the point of unbearable. I take all kinds of nasty tasting supplements but this is by far the worst. I just dread taking it every morning and that was not the case with the other. For some people it probably won’t cause the emotional and anger issues. Depends on your DNA. This does not agree with me.

Do you buy lifted teas? Look no further because you can make your own. Ingredients- great quality and consistent powder. No lumps or clumps. Value - great price. $15-$20 everytime I've purchased. Energy boost - haha. So I use this in my morning shakes or morning juice. Hot/cold just make sure you have a strong flavor to mask the taste. Its unique. But it works well for my menopause exhaustion. So good I convinced my mom to buy some. She added it to her grape juice. I suggested she start with a 1/2 scoop. I use a whole scoop. But she has other health issues and forgot but used the provided scoop. She detailed her whole kitchen. The cabinets were sparking clean. She even sanitized the top of her refrigerators. She has 3. It would be great to encapsule your own blen or stir in your drink. Its easy to swallow when shaken in your water bottle with drink mix. I don't think I bould take it pain. I'm not fond of the flavor by itself.
