Love this!Water pressure is great once you remove the limiters, even with both heads going at once.Easy to assemble.Only thing I think they could improve might be the location of the diverter. It's by the upper shower head which I could see being an issue for shorter people.All in all great value and highly recommend.

My wife isn't very tall so many of the dual shower head models are hard for her to reach to remove the hand held shower head. Not the case with this model. It works great, is easy to install, and doesn't leak if you follow the directions. We have low water pressure but, with either shower head, the stream is plenty strong. The swivel on the main shower head is also more adjustable than my previous shower head.Most of the negative reviews are about leaking. If you follow the instructions, you shouldn't have an issue. There is a small spool of plumbers thread tape included with the shower head as well as washers for each of the connections. The instructions clearly state to only use the plumbers thread tape (the extremely thin white tape) on the main connection to the shower arm coming out of your wall. You don't use it on the two other connections of the hose but you do need to use the included washers. If you use the washers, don't use the thread tape, and hand tighten the two hose connections, you shouldn't have leaks.Yes, most of it seems to be plastic, but I don't see this as an issue because you can't tell from looking at it. It also seems sturdy enough to last.

I'm short. Everything in this house is tall I could not reach the shower head to rinse off with and the water just trickled and this one with both heads on it will blow you away. Highly recommend this it's awesome

Looked at and read reviews for a LOT of showerheads... I was looking for one that had an attached head as well as detachable handheld showerhead. I need the detachable one for giving my dog a bath which he needs weekly so it is a bit of a pain to have to do regularly. I liked my last showerhead, but I have a well and very hard water and it was just time to replace it. I am THRILLED with how much more I like this one - wish I would have gotten sooner. The 6ft hose makes a huge difference vs the 5ft I had before. So much easier to get all around and rinse my 60 lb dog - I still can't believe what a difference that foot makes. The settings on both heads are versatile and it is easy to create a combination you like as well as easy to change up whenever you want. It is very easy to change the flow from one head to the other. It was easy to remove the flow restrictor if you choose to. I do not have the hardest water pressure but I find the pressure from this unit is very good, even when using both showerheads at the same time. Of course if you only use one showerhead at a time the pressure will increase. I am 5'5" and what I really really like is that the handheld sits a foot below the fixed showerhead. So my head is right under the water stream, nice!This was easy to install and the best part, not one leak. My plumbing is old and because of hard water it is a bit rusty. It has been a long time since i've had a showerhead that did not have a tiny leak at connection. Wow! The confusing part of the instructions is the "12 clicks" mentioned. Once you have it installed, you can pull the "arm" (which holds the handheld) outward. It feels like you are going to break it... and when it clicked i was pretty sure I did break it. But no, it just put it into place a little more outward and was perfect at that spot. I'm not sure how a person could adjust 12 times, seems like it would be aiming at the ceiling! The bracket the handheld sits in also adjusts. It is very stiff plastic and again, I felt like I was breaking it to get it to move up or down but no, it is just made to stay where you want it. This bracket is important because this is what allows you to maneuver the handheld to shower right down on your head.Finally, yes, the material is lightweight... this would be fabulous in a solid material and yes would be much more expensive. I would gladly pay more for that if I had more money to spend - but on my budget, this is perfect in every way. I don't feel in any way that it will not last or hold up. It looks great and I have taken showers until the hot water runs out EVERY morning since I have gotten it. Did I mention I really like this showerhead?! I am sure you will too!!

Shower head is ok for the price. We have a smaller walk in shower and the angle the shower heads sit at make it to where we are close up to the wall. Don't think it's the manufacturer fault, more so just poor planning and wrong device for our use.Outside of that, pressure is good, the difference water settings are nice, cord length is great.

Love the options with these showerheads. Easy to operate.

Bottom spray has fallen several times because I don't put it back tight. Not real strong when using both. Don't get a good strong pulsing.

The media could not be loaded.  Facil de instalar, muy padre porque tiene manguera y no se ocupa atornillar en la pared.

Great shower head. A little trick to install so no leaks. But doable.
