I don't add anything to the tea. I think it tastes good as is. I say try it, if it isn't to your taste liking, add some honey or other sweetener, milk, or other flavoring. For me, the fruit flavors come thru mildly, not overpowering. But to your taste it may be a little bitter or overpowering. Green tea and Senna can be very strong flavors for some, but for me with this combo of herbs and flavor, I drink one tea bag almost nightly. Enjoy!
