Overall a worthwhile addition to your Qabalistic studies, I must admit I bought this book in my 20's and later gave it away. Now that I have jumped back off into the Qabala once again to tie everything in. It now makes more sense to me, while I do not subscribe to dogmas that mire down the Qabala. This is an excellent reference book, packed with information on the sephiroth, correspondence, paths, numerology and just about everything else in between, I will say this, this is the kind of book when you decide to undertake a serious study of the Qabala, otherwise its like trying to decipher a code in a dead language.You definitely have to be in a certain head space to appreciate the work of Crowley, which is akin to Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore. My only complaint is the table of correspondences the printing is so small, you need a magnifying glass to read through them. But overall a worthwhile addition to your occult library.

I love this book, it is very interesting! My understanding of Qabalah and Gematria has been greatly enhanced by studying this book. I had also purchased the Cabalistic Encyclopedia by David Godwin at the same time, which has Sepher Sephirot(from 777) included and I find myself always referring to Sepher Sephirot when using that book. (Not to disparage Godwin's book, I love it too). I keep 777 right by and handy all the time and refer to it daily. There is a lot of information in there. I also find it inspiring, like I do all of Crowley's works I have studied. Published by Weiser, I love the quality of this book. It just feels good in the hand, nice paper and formatting. I have a few of their books(Weiser's) and I am impressed with the quality of each one of them. Good job!

...for any Thelemite or serious high magician. Inside are all the tools required to devise ceremonies of any type. Want to do a love spell? Look at all the correspondences for Netzach, including colors, scents, and goddesses, and then use your imagination and decorate and prepare your altar! (That might be a rather physical form of love, though. Want love on a higher plane? Then try the correspondences for path 14. It will be more nurturing and loving, untainted by the corruption of Netzach.) There is also a lot on Gematria which can be useful for some magicians, I suppose. To be truthful, I feel Gematria is somewhat overrated in modern magick, due in part to Crowley. Certainly it has its place, but I've seen too many magicians put way too much credence in the way numbers add up to the point they become silly numerologists. Either way though, here is a good place to start for making your own Gematric encyclopedia.

I have literally devoured this book since the day I got it. It contains tables and charts that every magician must have.

If you are studying the Qaballah or the Tree Of Life, this is a must-have for its table of correspondences which is a much expanded version of those given to Golden Dawn members. If you're a beginner, I recommend picking up something like "Mystical Qaballah" by Dion Fortune as a primer. Prepare for a journey, not a trip. This will provide lifelong assistance in your practices.

Sobre o Livro: Este livro é um clássico para leitores de magia ou de Thelema. Aqui temos uma versão diferente da obra original, esta é a edição alterada por Israel Regardie que acrescentou uns capítulos de cabala no começo. O livro é repleto de tabelas (amo rsrs) e com muita informação útil que pode te ajudar a incrementar símbolos nas suas ritualística e compreender seus significados.
